Customer Briefing Center

SunPower Corporation Headquarters Moving from a building with inadequate lighting and 66” tall workstations, SunPower needed an office environment that reflected their photovoltaic brand while inspiring staff and visitors. SunPower selected a three building campus totalling 185,000 SF to create their vision, which was designed and built in six months at $77/SF. The program includes 500 workstations with 5% office ratio, Class 100 R&D lab, training rooms, fitness facility, kitchen/servery/dining, outdoor courtyard and customer briefing center. LEED Gold

Adobe Systems San Jose - West Tower 12 As Adobe’s office environment became more mobile, a new vision of their workplace was needed. The 12th floor of the West Tower became a pilot project that eliminated an existing 100% office density and opened the floor space with low workstations grouped into neighborhoods. A combination of full size stations and mobile stations are broken up by open collaboration areas and enclosed meeting spaces. LEED Platinum

UCSD Health Sciences Graduate Student Housing: Rita Atkinson Residences At the south anchor of the Health Sciences mall at UCSD, the Rita Atkinson Residences contain 226 twobed apartments, a leasing ofďŹ ce and building amenities including bicycle room, ďŹ tness facility and meeting rooms. This 250,000 SF competition project utilized IDP and BIM to deliver a year early and under budget.

Lobby + Leasing Center 1401 South State Apartments In the burgeoning South Loop neighborhood of Chicago, new businesses are driving the demand for denser living and the 1401 South State Apartments high-rise tower fulfills 278 units to support the market. At 350,000 SF, the building also provides indoor community space, 14,000 SF outdoor terrace, fitness facility, leasing office and a 195 space garage, all achieved at $132/SF.

Godfrey Hotel Chicago Oxford Capital Group is completing this new hotel in the touristy River North neighborhood of Chicago. A ground up project which started in 2004, The Godfrey will be completed in 2014. The program includes 195 hotel rooms, conference and ďŹ tness amenities and a full service parking garage.

Kresge Foundation Headquarters The Kresge Foundation Headquarters is a restoration of a landmarked farmhouse and a 19,500 SF ofďŹ ce addition creating a new headquarters campus. The existing farm structures, including the farmhouse, barn and sheds, totalling 6,500 SF, were extensively restored and made an integral part of the whole. LEED Platinum, AIA Chicago Honor Award, Interior Architecture Honor Award, Sustainable Design Honor Award.
