Kevin McCasky Interested in Growing Colorado’s Economy
Kevin McCasky Kevin McCasky has long been interested and invested in growing Colorado’s economy. As the President of the Jefferson County Economic Development Corporation (EDC), McCasky was responsible for marketing Jefferson County for international investment and for representing the EDC at Colorado state legislature meetings and hearings, all in the interest of adding jobs and creating a fertile environment for business investment and growth. McCasky has created many opportunities for the public-private relationship to grow stronger and add jobs.
Kevin McCasky Kevin McCasky knows that partnering with private interests invested in Colorado’s public infrastructure is the key to further economic development in the state, which has come on strong during McCasky’s tenure at the EDC and after he left in 2016. McCasky “represented Jeffco EDC and its Investors on public policy matters at the Colorado legislature, local governments and Members of Colorado’s Congressional Delegation,” which helped foster development in Jeffco and beyond. His work has reached the growing tech center that is Denver and helped create an environment that many businesses and individuals wanted to move to.
