Kevin McCasky Kevin McCasky, as the former President of the Jefferson County Economic Development Corporation (EDC), created opportunities for businesses to take hold. McCasky used his experience and connections to help foster job growth in the entire state of Colorado. Over the past few years, jobs have boomed in Colorado, as has the population. That is in part because of McCasky’s efforts, as well as his staff and the partners he helped bring along to foster further economic development. Kevin McCasky Kevin McCasky took over as the President of the Jefferson County EDC in 2011, when the organization was struggling to create economic opportunities. By representing Jeffco EDC and its investors on various public policy issues at the Colorado state legislature, McCasky was able to create more jobs and economic development initiatives that have helped thousands of Colorado residents. Part of the reason why McCasky saw so much success as the President of the Jeffco EDC was because he was able to market Jefferson County to international investors.
