Oh, where to begin. Trying to describe to the community how real estate agents invest their time is akin to describing what a doctor or attorney does all day. There’s a lot more that goes into “treating patients” or “handling lawful matters” and the same moves for “helping people buy, sell or lease residence.” From a customer’s first thought about creating a real estate move to basically taking the jump the broker is incubator, initiator, action taker, manager, scheduler, individual concierge, source person, problem solver, mediator, magic worker, red-tape cutter machine, deal manager and chief make-ithappen official of almost everything else that does not drop into the prior groups. They may delegate some of these roles, but nothing gets completed without their oversight and input into what needs to be done and how.
