Children’s Hospital Miracle on the Rocks - Kentwood Real Estate Broker Associates climbed the iconic stairs at Red Rocks Amphitheatre to raise funds for the 3rd annual Miracle on the Rocks, benefiting Children's Hospital Colorado.

Soulfully Stapleton - Kentwood Broker Associate Lori Pace is the founder of Soulfully Stapleton, a community organization representing underrepresented minorities in Stapleton. The organization hosted a neighborhood event, called “Here Grows the Neighborhood,” which dedicated a tree and park bench at Prairie Meadows Park to celebrate the neighborhood’s growing diversity.

Denver Urban Gardens (DUG) - Fifteen Broker Associates with Kentwood City Properties partnered with DUG for a volunteer workday, called “Dig in with DUG,” to help build a school-based garden at Slater Elementary School in Lakewood.

CRUSH WALLS Art Festival - Kentwood City Properties Broker Associates Dee Chirafisi, Brigette Modglin, Jaryd Takushi, and Aimee Twarogowski sponsored Denver’s largest annual urban art festival, called CRUSH WALLS, in the RiNo Art District to support international and local artists and bring the entire community together.

Andrea & her family are involved in preparing & serving meals at the Saint Francis Center. Every day, on average, approximately 800 people come to the shelter seeking emergency assistance. The kitchen prepares & serves meals on Wednesday & Friday. She loves the interaction with the Saint Francis community knowing that providing a simple meal & a smile can go a long way to brighten someone’s day.

Keri Duffy strives to help start local kids’ school year off on a positive experience. Many kids don’t have access to basic school supplies – backpacks, books, pencils, clothes, notebooks, and other items to help with learning. Since 2017, Keri has dedicated her time to organizing a school supply drive for Mercy Housing to ensure kids have the proper school supplies to start the year.
