An interesting weekend in Metro Denver’s Real estate market. Our average daily active count rose another 2.6% with 4,123 total listings for sale, 1,182 of which were new listings. New listings fell week over week by 0.5% but compared to one year ago new listings are down 30.4% keeping inventory choices tight in 2023. Pending transactions were up from last week by 2.5% with 1,146 listings going under contract.
