2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon chili powder
1 28-ounce can whole peeled tomatoes
6 large eggs
salt and pepper, to taste
1 small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 small bunch fresh parsley, chopped
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
1. Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan on medium heat. Add the chopped bell pepper and onion and cook for 5 minutes or until the onion becomes translucent.
2. Add garlic and spices and cook an additional minute.
3. Pour the can of tomatoes and juice into the pan and break down the tomatoes using a large spoon. Season with salt and pepper and bring the sauce to a simmer.
4. Use your large spoon to make small wells in the sauce and crack the eggs into each well. Cover the pan and cook for 5-8 minutes, or until the eggs are done to your liking.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and parsley.

Tomatoes help detoxify the liver after a night of drinking.

Directions
1 Egg
1 Slice of bread
1/2 Avacado
1 Tbs Chili Flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Olive Oil
1.Heat a skillet with Olive Oil
2.When warm, crack an egg onto pan
3. Season with salt, pepper, and red chili falkes
4. Mash half of an avacado
5. Repeat step three
6. Toast slice of bread
7. Appy avacado
8. Add egg ontop

Directions
2 tablespoons chili oil
2 eggs salt, to taste pepper, to taste cooked white rice, optional toast, optional
1. Heat chili oil in a nonstick skillet over low heat.
2. Add eggs and season with salt & pepper. Cover and cook 3-4 minutes.
3. Halfway through baste the eggs with the chili oil. This way that flavor gets all over those eggy beauties.
4. Add toast and enjoy!

Eggs are high in Vitamin B which helps alleviate hangover symptoms.

2 tablespoons water
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 ounces cream cheese, cubed
Salsa
1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
2. Whisk the eggs, chives, water, salt and pepper.
3. Add egg mixture to skillet (mixture should set immediately at edges).
4. As eggs set, push cooked edges toward the center, letting uncooked portion flow underneath.
5. When the eggs are set, sprinkle cream cheese on one side; fold other side over filling.
6. Slide omelet onto a plate; cut in half.
7. Serve with salsa.
