Kendall’s connection to Oregon runs deep After spending eight years in the Willamette Valley helping develop the wine brands of Bergström Wines and Delancellotti Family Vineyards alongside her family, she returned to Lake Oswego, where she raised her three children and continues to call home With off ices in the West Hills of Portland and Lake Oswego, she remains closely attuned to the evolving social, economic, and cultural dynamics of each market she serves

With more than 30 years of experience purchasing, remodeling, selling, and building homes, Darren Humbert has been on all sides of a real estate transaction and offers valuable insight and guidance to his clients He found his passion for real estate and construction at age 23 when he purchased, remodeled, and sold his f irst home for a prof it in just ten months He later became a journeyman carpenter and general contractor, where he learned the importance of surrounding yourself with experts who can f ind the right answer to any question Darren joined the Bergstrom Group to collaborate with exceptional agents and provide his clients access to a global network and top-tier marketing tools backed by decades of real estate knowledge

Ty studied Business and Economics at the University of Oregon, where he earned AllAmerican honors as a lacrosse player Outside of real estate, he stays active in the community; Playing golf at Oswego Lake Country Club, working out at Bay Club, and spending summers boating on the lake with f riends and family

With a strong attention to detail and a strategic, creative approach, Marcella manages content development, visual presentation, video editing, and the production of high quality marketing materials She oversees campaign timelines, coordinates the rollout of marketing initiatives, and ensures that each listing maintains brand consistency across all platforms Her focus on clear communication, precision, and timely execution supports a seamless marketing process and delivers an exceptional experience for sellers

Originally f rom Santa Cruz, California, Marcella has long standing family ties to Lake Oswego, where she now calls home She graduated Magna Cum Laude f rom San Diego State University, an experience that shaped her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for delivering high quality work

PRE-LISTING PREPARATION

Our team works together to prepare all required listing documents for the RMLS system, develop your marketing materials, and coordinate all preparatory appointments We consistently watch the sales data so your pricing is ideal for the marketplace.

PHOTOS AND FLOOR PLANS

Our professional photography team captures interior and exterior photos and creates a floor plan map, with videography and drone photography if needed, as Kendall, Darren, and Ty begin Realtor outreach to launch early marketing efforts.

COMING SOON

Your home is now in “Coming Soon” status on RMLS, the central database Realtors use to share listings. CSN ensures your home is seen by Realtors only, generating early interest while allowing a few days for final touches and professional photography.

ON THE MARKET

Realtors will begin requesting home showings. We will notify you of each request and provide timely feedback after every showing LIVE

WEEK 0: BUILDING MOMENTUM + CSN

A successful sale starts before your home goes live. The week before launch, we create early energy so your home enters the market with credibility and attention This includes:

Direct Broker outreach to key REALTORS® “Coming Soon” in RMLS to give brokers early access for them and their buyers.

Early exposure drives showings and sets your home up for a strong debut

WEEK 1: LIVE ON THE MARKET

Once live, your home appears in RMLS

WEEK 2: BROKER TOUR + AGENT AWARENESS

In week two, we increase exposure by hosting a Brokers Tour. We invite the most active & influential buyer brokers to tour your home This invite is sent via email & exposed through social media channels

Broker Tours are typically held on Tuesdays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

We will work with you to choose the approach that best fits your home, goals,& timing, ensuring maximum agent awareness & buyer traction.
