We do not “hold” dates. A date is secured with the initial deposit and a fully signed contract.

The signed contract & initial deposit is due within 5 days.

DEPOSIT SCHEDULE Can be made via cash, card or check $2,000 - Upon contract signing $2,000 - 3 Months after the first deposit $2,000 - 6 Months after the second deposit Any payments made on a credit card would result in a 3% credit card fee Please contact the sales office to make your deposits We do not process cards automatically without notice Any increase in guest count past the due date will result in a 25% increase in cost per person.
