WorkSource working for small businesses WorkSource is a partnership of organizations dedicated to addressing Washington State’s employment needs…and contrary to popular belief, they are not the “unemployment office.” WorkSource exists to help job seekers prepare for the careers of today by providing them with cutting-edge, job-seeking workshops, as well as short-term training for demand occupations and a wide variety of other customized services.
