MEET KELSIE When I was 18, I bought my first camera. I had no intentions of starting a business, but after a few months I realized how much I loved being behind the camera! Soon after that, my business was born. I grew my business as I went to college, and learned so much along the way.

Now, at age 24, I focus on shooting mostly high school seniors and weddings. These are my favorite types of images to capture, and it’s where my photographer heart thrives!

When I’m not behind the camera, I love spending time with my husband Ryan and our three fur babies. Penny is our sweet little Golden Retriever who adores everyone, and frequent belly rubs. Toby is our adorable fluffy black cat who is probably the happiest cat on earth, and would prefer for you to never stop petting him. Tilly is our very opinionated tabby cat who begs for pizza, and only wants to be pet for 2.5 seconds at a time. She is a little bossy to the other pets...After all, she was the first one to join our family!

In our spare time away from work, Ryan and I enjoy convertible rides with our pup, spending time with our friends and family, IKEA trips, morning coffee with a good TV show, and working on lots of DIY projects and improvements to our home!

I have spent years finding the perfect locations, learning the best poses, and mastering lighting techniques that show off my clients naturally and beautifully.

Snapping a photo is easy, but directing a client and leading them confidently throughout their session is something entirely different. This is not only something that I strive to do, but it is something I guarantee with each and every client who graces the front of my camera.

I work with each of my seniors individually to create an experience they will love, and portraits they will be proud to show off YEARS after we are finished photographing!

Instead of following trends, I have worked hard to create a style of my own that is natural and timeless.

My goal is to be there every step of the way as I capture your story. From the initial consultation to handing over the final, printed pieces from your session, I will guide you through an experience that is memorable for years to come.

Whether it’s the local coffee shop, a nearby park, or your backyard, let us know if there is a special place that is sentimental to you!

PAYMENT A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon securing your date.

The remaining 50% of your balance is due one week prior to your session.

SCHEDULING Sessions are typically scheduled 4-6 weeks in advance. Cancellations and reschedules must be made via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to your session. Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather, the deposit and any other payments will be transferred to a new session date & time.

WHAT TO WEAR Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident! Patterns, bold colors, and accessories photograph really well. My goal is to capture you in your element, so feel free to get creative with your wardrobe!

MOR E HELPFUL TIPS WHAT TO BRING In order to make the most of your time, it is helpful to have all of your outfits and accessories ready to go before the shoot. Make sure all clothes are wrinkle-free and neatly placed on hangers to give you more time in front of the camera!

EXPRESS YOURSELF Don’t be afraid to let loose and let your personality shine! If you have ideas or a specific theme you’d like to incorporate, let us know so we can help prepare as best as possible. We want to show off the qualities that make you unique!

WHAT TO EXPECT Once we start your session, we’ll take a few test shots to get you comfortable in front of the camera. If you bring along any props or accessories, we will take a little extra time to photograph these items as well.

POSING IDEAS I will guide you through various poses and prompts to capture genuine photos.

If you have any specific pose ideas, please let me know at any time before or during the session!

THE OR DERING PROC ESS

SHOW OF F YOU R IM AGES!

About 4-6 weeks after we wrap up your final session, we will schedule an ordering appointment. You will come to my home studio office, proofs in hand, and we will put your order together! This appointment typically lasts anywhere from 1-2 hours, depending on what products you are ordering.

At my studio, I have samples of prints, canvas wraps, albums and keepsakes. You will be able to view these samples and make your final selections. If you choose to purchase a custom album or keepsake, we will even design it during this appointment!

No matter what Collection you purchased, you will have a certain amount of credit that you will be able to use towards your order. This credit applies to any item listed under the product section a few pages back! The only exclusions from the product credit are Add-Ons and Graduation Announcements.
