01. Inquiry + payment
The booking process is simple! I require a $1000 retainer, and a signed contract to secure your wedding booking!
03 THE BIG DAY
The big day has arrived! Enjoy it, have fun and soak up the time with your favourite people! I’ll capture all the special moments as your big day unfolds.
02.ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS
Engagement sessions are complimentary with your wedding booking. This is the perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to get comfortable in front of the camera
04. delivery
I know you’re excited to see the photos! I’m excited too! Within 1-2 weeks you will receive a sneak peek gallery. After 8-10 weeks, you will receive your full wedding gallery.

For the wildly in love...
Your wedding day doesn’t start with the ceremony and neither should your photos. Every wedding day is different and my wedding package is designed to help fit any timeline
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Full day coverage starting about 1-2 hours before you plan to put on your wedding dress.
No hourly time restrictions! I am here to help plan your timeline, so you’re making the most out of your time on the big day.
Option to add on reception coverage.

ADD RECEPTION COVERAGE
Speeches, dancing, cake and don’t forget about sunset!!! Coverage of the reception to capture you celebrating with all your loved ones. Coverage up until 10pm, as needed.

SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER
Perfect for when the Bride and Groom won’t be getting ready close together. The additional photographer will capture the grooms getting ready photos and other details up until the reception Lets chat more if you think this might be a good fit for your wedding day.

ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS
You can set up your engagement photos anytime. I recommend booking 2 months in advance to ensure availability. Sessions are scheduled for weekday evenings during golden hour. Sessions taking place outside of 20km from Fort Qu’Appelle may be subject to mileage costs.
Travel expenses
I include travel to all weddings within 100km. Any weddings outside of 100km may be subject to travel expenses.
Mileage fees are 60cents/km. Hotel expenses are $200 a night and may be required for weddings outside of 250km

Payment
You will pay $1000 retainer at the time of booking your wedding. The remaining balance is due four weeks before the wedding All payments can be made by etransfer.
photos
All worthy images are edited and delivered in an online gallery. You have printing rights to the images and are able to share and print them for personal use Every wedding is different, so the amount of photos varies. Feel free to ask to see a full wedding gallery!
Online shop
Your online gallery will be connected to a shop where you can order all sorts of products with your images. Visit the gallery to order high quality photo products and prints.

How Many Hours of coverage is included?
Every wedding day looks different and so will your photography coverage. I don’t have set hours of coverage and never want you to feel rushed. I like to arrive 1-2 hours before the bride plans to get dressed. Most full day weddings with reception coverage work out to roughly 10-11 hou
Can we pay in installments?
You certainly can. Feel free to send a message for more information.
How Much Time is Needed for Photos?
I recommend planning 2 hours for photos on the wedding day, this includes family photos Feel free to reach out for help with setting up your timeline. I’m here to help!

What if the weather Doesn’t Cooperate?
If the weather conflicts with our needs on the day of your engagement session, we will reschedule for another day. For the wedding day, I will help you plan an alternate plan in case the weather doesn’t cooperate In the event we are unable to get the beautiful outdoor photos you had dreamed of - I offer my clients a one hour newlywed session up again and capture those magical images.
How late do you stay at the reception?
I will stay to capture the important moments and I like to make sure I’m there long enough to capture your guests hitting the dance floor I’m typically there until around 9pm but will stay as late as 10pm if needed.
Do you also deliver unedited images?
I do not provide any clients with unedited photos. That's a bit like asking a baker to sell you batter so you can bake the cake yourself.
