We would like to welcome you to the 38th Annual Hall Ranch Angus Bull Sale on Wednesday, March 6, starting at 1:00 PM at the Bassett Livestock Auction in Bassett, NE. Thank you for taking the time to look at and read our catalog. We appreciate our past and present customers for believing in our program and our genetics. The bulls have been run in large pastures and fed a high roughage ration to help promote soundness. The bulls are big, stout, coming 2-year-olds and are pasture ready. They are sired by efficient, sound sires and outstanding females that will produce quality cattle that are efficient, easy keepers with the power to grow and perform. Look for the Pathfinder notation in a bull’s pedigree. This signifies females that have produced their first calf near the herd average calving date, have maintained a regular calving interval, and have had three calves with an average weaning ratio of 105. We have been in the Angus business for almost 60 years and have been using AI for 40 years to promote the genetics that we bring to you, the customer, today. Our AI sires will treat you right, but don’t overlook our herd owned sires. Their progeny are a backbone of our cowherd and retain qualities that any cattleman or woman desire in their own herd. All bulls sell with a full guarantee against breeding injury as described in the First Breeding Season Guarantee. If you bring your trailer along, we will give you a $50 discount on your purchase. If not, we are more than happy to bring the bulls to you and visit your operation. Once you settle with the sale barn office, be sure to stop next door and give us delivery instructions. Again, thank you for taking the time to look through our catalog and giving our bulls your serious consideration. We look forward to seeing you sale day to evaluate our program and genetics. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call us and ask. We will be more than happy to visit with you about our cattle and yours. See you at one o’clock sharp on Wednesday, March 6th, at the 38th Annual Hall Ranch Angus Bull Sale in Bassett, NE. -

Terms & Conditions: Bulls sell under the standard terms and conditions established by the American Angus Association. Sale block announcements on sale day will take precedence.

first breeding season guarantee: All bulls are guaranteed against breeding injury for the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as the 90 day period following first turnout of bulls. None of what we do could be done without help. Trever Thompson joined us in July of this year and we have so appreciated having him around. He is a quick study, quiet with the cattle, a hard worker, and he understands Les’ hand signals! Thank you, Trever.
