WestKelowna WineTour TourDetails

One of the most well-known tours, a West Kelowna Wine Tour follows the West Kelowna Wine Trail. Featuring both incredible Estate Wineries and truly unique tasting rooms, this tour showcases stunning architecture, lake views and award-winning wines. You will taste a great sample of white, rosé and red wines.

Enjoy tastings at four stunning West Kelowna Wineries for a Half Day Tour! You will enjoy stunning lake views and vineyards views between sampling delicious wines.

Half Day Tour – Typically Runs 1:00pm - 5:00pm. However can be customized in accordance with group sizes and time preferences.

One of the most forgiving Championship courses in Kelowna, The Harvest Golf Club is long but wide open.

At 7,109 yards, The Harvest is a championship-length layout designed by renowned Canadian golf course architect Graham Cooke. Located in a working orchard in east Kelowna, you will see amazing city and country views.

Located only 15 minutes from Downtown Kelowna, this is the perfect spot to shoot a round!

Spend the afternoon at the beautiful Harvest Golf Club. The Okanagan Valley boasts one of the longest golf seasons in Canada ranging from February to November when the weather allows!

Half Day Experience – Typically 12:00pm – 5:00pm

Transportation to/from the Harvest Golf Club is included

The intent is to educate, delight, and entertain foodies of all skill levels with a variety of price-points and many different class styles and themes.

Whether you're looking for a team-building activity, a fun outing with friends, or a memorable family gathering, our group cooking classes offer an educational and enjoyable experience like no other. From French macaroons to Spanish Paella, choose from a variety of cuisines taking you on a journey of both flavors and knowledge.

KettleValley TrestleCycling Tour

Join Kelowna Concierge on this this highly scenic portion of the Kettle Valley Railway (KVR) that runs along a steep-walled canyon. Originally built by hand at the turn of the last century, this impressive landmark is highlighted by 2 tunnels and 18 trestle bridges that are too spectacular for words.

Weather permitting, we will have bicycles ready for you to explore the flat trails and beautiful sights.

Half Day Tour – Typically Runs 9:00am - 1:00pm or 1:00pm - 5:00pm

Return Transportation Provided from Local Kelowna Hotels

This flat trail is 12 km one way between Myra Station and Ruth Station.

So if you want to do the full trail and end up at the same parking lot, you will be biking 24 km in total.

Bike Rentals and Transportation are included

Minimum 6 Guests |Maximum 24 Guests

But since it is not a loop, you can turn around at any point in time. The full trail can be cycled in 2–2.5 hours at a moderate pace with few stops or 3–3.5 hours with many short breaks to take a picture and enjoy the view.

All activities are subject to availability, please let us know if you have specific date(s) that you would like to confirm availability for.

Costs are approximate and may change based on the date(s) requested.

When pricing is provided, this is subject to 18% service charge (driver/guide gratuity) and 5% GST.

All activities must be pre-booked and pre-paid at least 2 weeks in advance. Kelowna Concierge will send a specialized booking link for you to send out to your delegates and we will provide regular registration updates. Last minute registration will be allowed if there is availability for an activity. Day of cancellations may not be subject to a refund.

Kelowna Concierge may cancel activities if the minimum number of guests is not met. We will then encourage guests registered for a cancelled activity to participate in another activity that has met the minimum number of guests.

If an activity reaches the maximum number of guests, we will attempt to arrange a second group for the same activity.

If you would like Kelowna Concierge to delegate all activity bookings and coordinationComplex planning may incur an extra fee, determined by Kelowna Concierge.
