PamperedChefHostPacket

Thank you for booking a show with me!! You will find a lot of useful information in this packet. Tell EVERYONE about your upcoming party! Virtual parties are great because you can invite people from all over the country to join in the fun! I like to say invite good ol' Uncle FRANK!
I'll "introduce" you to him on the next page.
The Wednesday before your party, I will give you wording and an image to share on your personal Facebook wall to get people jazzed for your upcoming party. Inviting will start the Friday before your party. (Facebook can be fussy, and you may get a restriction - that's why it's VERY important to start the inviting process on Friday. Slow and steady wins the race!) You will want to invite via text, email, Messenger, and the Invite button found in the party. The party will "officially" start on Monday, with some pre-party posts on Sunday.
Oh! Tell your friends to invite their friends too - The more the merrier!
Invite MANY people (150+ to the group) - EVERYBODY eats! Including good 'ol Uncle Frank!
F - Friends
R - Relatives
A - Acquaintances / Coworkers
N - Neighbors
K - Kids' Activities (contacts from)
Don't forget about the guys too!
More people = more activity, and more activity = more sales. We need your party to get to the minimum $200 in sales so you start earning host rewards.
If they can't join us virtually, send them a link to the catalog.
If you live close by, pass the catalog around and collect orders that way.
If someone doesn't cook, let them know we have many great items that make great gifts. If they are short on money, ask if they would like to book a party off of you so they can earn free and half-price host rewards too. We also have many items under $10. Lastly, let them know there will be FREE RECIPES, GREAT TIPS, and PRIZES too during the party!!
Participate and interact with guests. Treat them like you would if they came to your house.
Think of it this way - you wouldn't invite people over for a party then not talk to them. The more interaction in your party - the more visible your group will be on Facebook.
Facebook algorithms can be difficult if there's no interaction and your party won't be "seen." For YOU - be sure to look through the website or catalog and work on your Wish List. Not
I look forward to partying with you! I am always available should you have any questions.Kelly Watson Pampered Chef Director and Team Leader Independent Consultant Established 2021
