This unique and financially wise type of contract means our Monthly Service Fees will not increase if personal care, skilled nursing care, or memory support is needed later.

Unlike other senior living communities that often charge a daily rate for this extra support—which adds up quickly and can rapidly deplete assets—Willow Valley Communities doesn’t raise monthly service fees for an increased level of care. Because fees are more predictable, seniors or their families won’t be surprised by additional costs for enhanced care in the future.

Willow Valley Communities offers over 90 different residence floor plans, ranging from a spacious 3,200-square-foot townhome to smartly designed and cozy apartments. You can also customize your home to reflect your personal style by working with Willow Valley Communities’ complimentary design services in our own Design Studio.

Your Monthly Service Fee gives you a beautiful home that includes the costs of real estate taxes and property insurance, electricity, water, heating and cooling, trash removal, a flexible dining plan, amenities, entertainment, activities, and programs—all expenses you may already be paying. Forget yard work, snow removal, or home repairs.

Our on-call maintenance team takes care of everything from a leaky faucet to a major system repair.

An 80,000-square-foot Cultural Center is a hub of social, wellness, and artistic engagement.
