Start preparing - During your morning meeting and throughout the day, all classes should be teaching the Behavior Matrix (CLICK ME). concerning all expectations. Spend the time to teach students using the Glenview Elementary School-Wide Expectations Slideshow (CLICK ME). ALL staff should utilize the slideshow Remember, use the matrix as a tool. EVERYDAY discuss with your students during morning meeting. Break the matrix up and chunk. For example, the classroom column should be covered first. Then, review as you leave to desired destinations such as the hallway, recess, lunch, etc. Adjust the conversation as you see fit to meet the needs of your students Be creative with discussions and hook them to learning our school-wide expectations-G.R.O.W.
