FRIDAY 17 SEPTEMBER 2021 (L, D) - Novotel Barossa Valley Resort (7 nights) Highlights Include: • Transfer to the lovely town of Hahndorf for shopping. With its German heritage we are already on our way to Italy but just a little closer to home!

A shared lunch at Gepetto’s Italian restaurant and a chance to get to know each other.

A light dinner at the hotel this evening and an early night due to our early start today.

SATURDAY 18 SEPTEMBER 2021 (B, L, D) Highlights Include: • Time at the Farmers Market to delve into local produce and sample the delicious fare.

Enjoy lunch at Seppeltsfield Winery plus time to visit the Jam Factory and Vasse Virgin.

A gala welcome dinner with great music from our tenors. Our theme this evening is A European Romance.

TUESDAY 21 SEPTEMBER 2021 (B, L) Highlights Include: • An Adelaide full day city tour with food experiences including visits to the Central Markets and Haigh’s Chocolates.

SUNDAY 19 SEPTEMBER 2021 (B, L)

Highlights Include: • Tour to the historic Martindale Hall, a Georgian style with Italianate influence sandstone mansion.

A shared platter lunch at La Trattoria Italian Restaurant.

Time for shopping in Adelaide’s CBD.

•

Wine tasting at Sevenhill, the oldest winery in Clare Valley Region.

•

After dinner we transfer to the lovely Bethany Church for a special evening: Classics by Candlelight.

Then we travel to ‘Umbria’ to experience a rustic Italian long lunch.

WEDNESDAY 22 SEPTEMBER 2021 (B, NIBBLES)

Replete with great food, wine and company, it’s time for a siesta and evening off.

MONDAY 20 SEPTEMBER 2021 (B, L, D)

Highlights Include: • A day free until late afternoon to enjoy our beautiful hotel and surroundings.

Highlights Include: • Visit Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop & Cafe for a cooking class, lunch and shopping.

A tour of Lyndoch Lavender Farm, great shopping and learn about lavender.

Dinner of local fare at a local restaurant with concert tonight: Mario Lanza and the Great Tenors.

A special wine tasting and tour at Chateau Yaldara and then a private concert here from our incredible concert pianist with wine and nibbles: Stephen De Pledge, Pianist Extraordinaire! What a civilised way to spend a twilight!

THURSDAY 23 SEPTEMBER 2021 (B, L, D) Highlights Include: • Travel to Mt Lofty with visits to the Mt Lofty Botanic Gardens, Cleland Wildlife Park and Waterfall Gully.

Lunch at the luxurious Mt Lofty House, a historic hotel built in 1852.

•

Finale dinner Viva Italia in an amazing winery with music, gourmet food and wine. What a way to end our visit to Tuscany just a little closer to home!

FRIDAY 24 SEPTEMBER 2021 (B) Today we fly home, perhaps our suitcases and maybe our bodies a little heavier but filled with amazing experiences in our Italianate trip without suffering the jet lag!
