How It Works

We believe the first step to unlocking your gift shop’s potential is understanding your facility and the community it supports. We’ll work closely with you to tailor our proposal to your hospital’s specific needs.

GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER

• We’ll set up a call to learn what’s important to you

• You’ll complete a questionnaire so we can know your facility better

• Let’s meet in person so we can comprehensively evaluate your shop and make a professional presentation to your team

MAKING IT OFFICIAL

• We’ll provide a complete proposal addressing your specific needs

• When you’re ready for next steps, we’ll provide a standard (and pleasingly simple) management agreement for your review

THE BIG DAY

• Once the agreement is signed, we’ll schedule the gift shop installation and grand opening

• Our team will manage the project and ensure a smooth transition

• Normal transition time from contract execution to opening is no more than 60 days

HAPPILY EVER AFTER

• Our corporate team will always be available to assist with questions or concerns

• Our local management representatives will meet with you regularly to ensure we are exceeding your expectations
