SATURDAY Welcome Breakfast in the Main Richmond Campus Building Guest Lecture with Professors Alex Seago, Ray Hilditch and Wolfgang Deckers in the Taylor Lecture Hall Lunch on the Main Lawn Alumni Forum with President Lawrence Abeln in the Taylor Lecture Hall Banquet Dinner at the Richmond Hill Hotel

Unfortunately, there won't be any accommodation available on the Richmond campus however, we have partnered with the local hotels in Richmond to get preferential rates for Alumni.

Richmond Hill Hotel Richmond Alumni can book a standard double room, double occupancy for £120.00 per room per night. Upgraded rooms will incur supplement charges. Rooms need to be booked before Saturday 18 May 2019 in order to receive the discount. To reserve the above rates, guests must quote: RICH210619 when booking.

All other additional costs you might incur such as travel and accommodation will be covered by attendees. The Farewell Lunch at the Builder's Arms (Sunday 23 June) is optional and will not be covered by the Alumni Office. You are welcome to bring a +1 guest for the alumni weekend, the same cost conditions apply as for main guests.
