Transfer Agent Checklist

KW METRO CENTER ALEXANDRIA TRANSFER AGENT ONBOARDING CHECKLIST

Step 1: Complete and return the New Agent Paperwork Packet via DocuSign

Step 2: Transfer license(s) to KW Metro Center Arlington using the License Information sheet provided; follow the link(s) below for each applicable state to access your dashboard and initiate the transfer:

Step 3: KW Metro Center Alexandria will handle the transfer of your real estate board affiliation; you will simply have to specify which board affiliation you currently hold by emailing your ASC.

Step 4: Edit your social media accounts and webpages

Please go to your Zillow, Realtor.com, HomeSnap, and other accounts to change your brokerage

Please go to your social media account and change your brokerage name

Change your email signature to KW Metro Center

Transfer your VA License

Go to DPOR’s Online Services portal and log in with your credentials

Select your license number (ie 2250000000)

Select Activate/Transfer

For both questions that pop up, you will answer NO

Enter brokerage license - Alexandria Ventures - #0226019987

Verify the correct name/location/address

For the question on if we are a branch or the main office, we are the main office NOT a branch office Leave branch office blank

Answer the info background info accordingly

You should see your prior brokerage and Alexandria Ventures on the screen

The last question is “ yes ”

You will be asked to pay a $60 transfer fee, credit card authorization required

Once your License is processed and affiliated with KW Metro Center, reach out to your ASC to transfer your board membership!
