Agent agrees to pay the following, upon settlement, service, or unless otherwise agreed, to ERS, LLC for Transaction Coordination Services. Although ERS will do their utmost to obtain all required documents and signatures, the agent has the ultimate responsibility for ensuring signature compliance for their clients.
