You know what I’ve learned this year? While 2024 has seen a lot of change in the real estate market, it doesn’t change the fact that hiring a REALTOR® to ensure good real estate fundamentals is more important than ever.

Earlier this year, we saw a landmark lawsuit turn NAR and the residential real estate market on its heels. It has forced agents and brokers to change the way we do business, the way we’ve worked together with other agents, and how we communicate with each other and our clients. And, at Keller Knapp, we believe that change is good – it has reinforced the rules that have always been there and have pushed our industry to be more transparent.

Historically, we know that interest rates increase and decrease. Inventory and affordability often move up and down with each other. Market activity fluctuates seasonally.
