VIRTUAL ALUMNI EVENTS

The Alumni Office continued to connect Firebird alumni virtually during the spring months by hosting several Storytime for Future Firebirds events, as well as a 2001 Softball Championship Reunion, which was hosted by Assistant Principal for Academics and Varsity Softball Coach Mr. Kenneth Conrade LSP’16, P’19, and an Alumni Communion “Breakfast.” Special thank you to faculty members Mrs. Cathy vonSchoenermarck P’22, Mr. Marty Brown P’03,’04,’07,’10, and Mrs. Clara Villani for serving as guest readers for the storytimes! Instead of celebrating our traditional in-person Alumni Communion Breakfast this spring, Father Thomas Cardone, S.M. presided over a Mass which was livestreamed. Guests were then invited to listen to a “state of the school” presentation by Brother Kenneth Hoagland, S.M. We simply cannot wait to have everyone in the building for this special event next year (complete with crumb cake)!
