Our goal is to not just sell a home, but to sell it for the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time. This means preparing it to look its best to the most amount of people. Pay for a one year home warranty plan covering the home's key systems in the event of any issues during the first year of subsequent ownership;

Pay for deep cleaning of property prior to new buyer transfer; Coordinate transfer of title and move in for new owners of property;

The Kei Team prepared our home with everything geared to ensure the highest sale price. They did an 18 point preparation of the home including interior cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning, and light reno services, all included in the listing services. They took movie quality 4k videos, and took extra time to make large poster boards to show buyers the neighborhood. When a preemptive offer came in after 4 days on market, they contacted other parties and negotiated a price nearly $100k higher than the already record setting offer The nal sale price set a neighborhood record. We've now worked with the Kei team to sell several homes in the bay area and can honestly say that their process ensures the best possible results with the least effort for the homeowner. All we needed to do was turn over the keys.

The Kei team was professional, responsive, and made the entire home sale process effortless. As developers they provided the best pricing and timeline for renovations through their vetted network, and they even paid for the upfront costs. Prior to the remodel work, we were sure our home would sell but the Kei team made sure we sold for the highest price in the shortest amount of time. Their negotiation skills meant my home sold for a record sale price after 6 days on market. Selling a home also requires making sure the deal goes through. Prior to recommending any offer, the team evaluated the pros and cons of the offer and had plans in place in case it fell through. With more buyers searching for homes online, presenting your home in the best possible light is more important than ever.

Concierge

We don't get great listings... we make great listings, and we pay for the upfront costs to do so. As a licensed general contractor and local real estate developer (we've built several homes from the ground up) we are able to negotiate special pricing from sub-contractors. These subs are ones we use on our own homes/projects and are reliable and accountable. There is no markup or other referral fee from any sub who works with Kei Realty - all savings are passed directly to you.

Staging

The right staging can amplify your home's strengths and make it stand out. Our stagers re-imagine your home's interior and take it to new heights. While some realtors stage with Ikea, our stagers are more Restoration Hardware. We pay all fees for your home's staging.

Property Reports

Kei Realty Group pays for your property inspection, natural hazard disclosure report, and pest inspection report. Where it makes sense, we have inspectors come back to update a report after we arrange for an item to be repaired. This gives buyers additional security in knowing they are purchasing a turnkey home.

Deep Cleaning and Property Tune Up

Prior to open house, our team makes sure the home is deep cleaned and tuned up to show in the best light. This includes any minor deferred maintenance items like loose grout, re-sealing counter tops, changing out light bulbs, and tightening loose toilets.
