From what countries do the students come?

Students come from about 30 countries around the world. In the past, students have come from the following countries. Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, China, the United Kingdom, Cuba, Philippines, Venezuela, South Africa, Thailand, New Zealand, Luxembourg, Indonesia, Russia, the United States, Japan, Romania, Slovenia, Serbia, Ukraine, Pakistan, India, Switzerland, Denmark, Czechoslovakia, Spain, Singapore, Argentina, Guatemala, Turkey, UAE, Kenya, Myanmar, Peru, Egypt, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Paraguay.

Do I have to be living abroad with my parents to apply?

No. The place you reside or the fact that you may or may not live with your parents do not affect your qualifications for applying

Is there an entry point for students at Grade11 and Grade 12 level?

Not yet, but we intend to offer a few places in Grade 11 to suitably qualified candidates in December 2021.

Is there an opportunity to transfer to the School during the school year?

No, there is not.

I applied for Grade10 this year but was not admitted. Is it possible to go into another school and try again for Grade 10 next year?

Yes, as long as you clear the requirements, you can apply for the School.

If I am not accepted in the first admissions process, is it possible to apply again in the same academic year?

Yes, as long as you clear the requirements, you can apply multiple times in the same academic year.

I am a 3rd grade student in a Japanese Junior High School. I applied and was not admitted as a Grade10 student. Is it possible for me to apply again in the same year as a Grade 9 student?

Yes, as long as you clear the requirements, you can change the grade that you wish to be admitted into.

What is the deviation score?

As we take a more holistic approach, incorporating the three written exams (English, Math, and Japanese), the interviews and the submitted documents, we do not have a deviation score.

Is there a minimum cut line?

We do not have a fixed cut line for our exams.

Can you tell me details about the exams such as distribution of points or other standards regarding the process?

We do not disclose any details regarding the application process.

Can I bring a dictionary to the written exams?

No dictionaries or other references may be brought into the exams.

I am planning to apply from Japan. How many students are permitted entrance from Japan?

We do not have a set number of entrants that depends on where the students reside.
