Homemade sweet potato pie

INGREDIENTS:

1 graham cracker 9’’ crust

5-6 medium sweet potatoes (yams) cooked, drained and mashed

1/2 cup sugar

3 eggs

1/2 cup oat milk

2 tsp maple syrup

Topping:

1 stick margarine

1 cup flour

1 cup brown sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Puree the potatoes and let cool

Mix potato puree with sugar, eggs, oat milk and maple syrup

Pour into the crust

Combine the topping ingredients with a pastry blender or in a food processor until they form a crumb-like texture

Place topping mixture on top of the pie

Bake for 45 minute
