Sales Office Set Up Process
After community kick off meeting:
• Marketing Director is to order the below sales office items from the Staging Vendor: o Desk for Sales Advisors o Chair for desk o Credenza o Customer table and chairs
Two weeks prior to model staging, Marketing Director is to order all sales office point of sale artwork and signage from sign company to include:
• Builder story
• Site map
• Area map
• Equal Opportunity sign
• 3 – 5 Rockhaven community product photos
• Glass door vinyl lettering
• Model ID sign
• Sandwich Board sign
• Private residence signs
• New home signs
One week prior to model staging, Marketing Director is to order all the below:
• Printer
• Office supplies
• Helium Tank
• Coordinate date to meet sign installers
After Model home is staged, Marketing Director is to:
• Deliver all office supplies and signage
• Meet sign installers and direct where all point of sale items are to be placed
• Make sure the Sales Center is 100% functioning before Sales Advisors start selling on site
Process For Social Media Posts for Company Channels
Who is Responsible: The Marketing Director is responsible coordinating weekly social postings for Rockhaven Communities on the company channels
What is the Goal: To market to real estate co-ops and potential buyers
How will it be Achieved: By strategically planning weekly postings through various social media channels
Why is this Important: To ensure a consistent weekly marketing message for Rockhaven Homes to increase SEO and online leads
Process For Social Media Posts for Company Channels
Social media topics should be based upon an event, incentive, price change, available inventory or any other news worthy marketing item. Rockhaven community promotion should be rotated on a consistent basis to ensure all communities receive a fair amount of marketing. Those struggling communities may require extra marketing efforts based upon the Marketing Director’s discretion. The weekly process is as follows:
• 3rd Party Digital Vendor will supply a PDF of daily social media topics for the upcoming week to Marketing Director no later than Wednesday.
• Marketing Director will review and make necessary adjustments as needed.
• 3rd Party Digital Vendor will email PDF proof of social posts to Marketing Director by noon on Friday to approve or modify as needed.
• Marketing Director to encourage Sales Team to like, share and comment on all Rockhaven Homes social channels.
