MEET Kaylee

Kaylee Countryman is a 15 year-old race car driver. She began racing karts at the age of 12, and has loved racing, and worked hard at it ever since. She was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona, and currently is enrolled in an online school. Kaylee is extremely passionate about racing, with aspirations of IndyCar NTT. She is also devoted to astronomy, and the diversity of human experiences. Kaylee is currently signed with Exclusive Autosport, and just completed her rookie-debut season in the USF Pro Championships in USF Juniors.
FROM PASSION TO PROGRESSION

A hobby became a pursuit.
A pursuit became a path. This is how it started.

In January 2022, on her 12th birthday, Kaylee began her racing career. She started at Phoenix Kart Racing Association, located in Glendale, Arizona. Throughout the entire year, Kaylee stayed in the LO206 class, a 4stroke racing engine made by Briggs & Stratton. Kaylee learned how to drive, and adapt to the track as it’s layout, and conditions progressively changed over time. By year’s end, Kaylee had multiple podium finishes at her home track, and earned a second place finish at a National Karting Event in California.
Kaylee transitioned from four-stoke to a much quicker 2-stoke engine kart and began racing in KA and Rotax race events. She joined J3 Competition and became a factory driver for Compkart; a leading kart brand in the motorsport world. Kaylee began to travel throughout the United States, Canada, Spain, and the United Kingdom to compete with the highest talent. She gained a lot more experience, and began to grow more as a driver, placing third in one of her international events. Spending more time on track than not in 2023, Kaylee started to close the gap to the competition.

JANUARY - JUNE
Kaylee’s first real race car was the Rush SR. She had previously tested in it in December 2023, and raced it throughout 2024. In Kaylee’s first Rush race, mere days after she got her racing license, she finished P3 out of 21 cars, showing pace. The youngest and the only girl. Kaylee dedicated time to the Rush in the states and Canada, and raced it throughout the year competing at GridLife, Road America placing 7th out of 43, and GridLife, Laguna Seca placing 5th out of 35. Kaylee gained a good deal of experience in a momentum car running in this class.

JUNE - AUGUST AUGUST - DECEMBER
Once Kaylee had some experience under her belt, she joined the Lucas Oil School of Racing. These types of cars are called Formula Fords, and her first intro to open-wheel racing. Lucas Oil had a scholarship program to the USF Pro Championships, but the main goal in running these cars was to gain race craft experience. After 3 races, Kaylee signed with Exclusive Autosport and began testing for the USF Juniors.
Kaylee attended the last event of the USF Pro Championships in Portland, OR and was able to see the cars in action. She immediately knew what she wanted to do. After many emails, and many calls, Kaylee and her family made a choice to sign with Exclusive Autosport, a respected team in the USF ladder system. Kaylee started testing immediately in order to prepare for the upcoming USF Juniors season. The talent in USF is high, the drivers are skilled, and the teams understand what needs to be done. As Kaylee is extremely new to the sport, her goal was to learn as much as she can to have the best shot in her debut season.

2025

TESTING
During both the official USF tests, and the private Exclusive Autosport tests, Kaylee has shown speed, and continues to get faster. With now having the speed to be well into the Top 10, she learns more about the car, and about herself as a driver.
YACACADEMY

The Yacacademy Winter Series was a great preparation for Kaylee before she went into her first USF season. During all the sessions, she continued to be top 10, and even top 5 in pace. This series continued to build her and give her good guidance before the season.
USF JUNIOR RACES

Once the official USF Juniors season started, Kaylee put her head down. However as a rookie, the inexperience in both racecraft and driving this car, catches up. As Kaylee reflects back on the part of the season that is done, she makes changes in both her driving and approach, which yield results late in the season.

The F1 Academy (www.f1academy.com) was established to help women / girls gain experience and exposure into highly competitive open-wheeled racing; in an industry dominated by men / boys.
On September 16th and 17th , Kaylee was invited to do an official test at the Circuito de Navarra in Spain for F1 Academy’s first ever Rookie Test.
“Due to prior commitments, Courtney Crone will not be participating in this week’s Official Testing at Navarra. In her absence, ART Grand Prix, in collaboration with Haas, has extended the opportunity to test an F1 ACADEMY car to rising American talent Kaylee Countryman. The 15-year-old driver from Arizona will take the wheel of the #7 car across both days of Official Testing.” – F1 Academy
The F1 Academy runs seven race weekends as the feeder series for the F1 race series.
If accepted into the Academy, Kaylee will run both USF 2000 and the F1 Academy series in tandem for the 2026 season.

In 2026, 6 of the 8 USF 2000 races, USF will be the feeder series for IndyCar NTT. Big events with huge fan bases, and lots of exposure.
GOALS AND ASPIRATIONS
Kaylee’s goal is to be the next girl to race in IndyCar NTT. If she stays on her current trajectory, in the USF Pro Championships ladder system, it will lead her to Indy NXT, followed by IndyCar NTT. She plans to continue developing her race craft and skills throughout the next few years in her career, which are planned to take place in USF2000 in 2026, and USF Pro 2000 shortly there after.

Growing her brand through sponsors and brand presence will be essential. As motorsport continues to get more female drivers, the need for a role model climbs more everyday. Kaylee would love to be a representation, and to lead the way for young females in motorsports, or in any sport.

Representation = Reach
In just a few short years, Kaylee has gone from karting to the most competitive open-wheel development series in North America. This rapid rise reflects not only talent, but a rare level of focus and determination at a young age. Her experience and coachability continues to grow every day that she is on the track. The USF Pro Championships gave her permission to race at both Road America, and the Streets of Toronto in USF 2000 as a rookie in USF Juniors because they trusted her abilities to race in a faster car with more senior drivers. What sets Kaylee apart isn’t just how she races, but it is her authenticity. She communicates with honesty and shows up exactly as herself. Fans, teams, and sponsors recognize that she’s not putting on an act. Her authenticity builds trust, loyalty, and a lasting impression both on and off the track. In a grid dominated by sameness voices, same images, Kaylee offers something a bit different. She matches the intensity of her peers, while offering a new and authentic perspective to the sport, not through pressure or performance, but by showing up fully as herself.

Representation = Reach

Kaylee continues to get eyes on her, being one of only three females in the entire USF Pro Championships series in 2025. Women in motorsports are in an all time demand. They are the fastest growing motorsport audience, however such a small percentage are female drivers. When women succeed in such a maledominated sport, the attention and marketability begins to skyrocket. This happens because women in motorsport are normally thought of as the underdog, and now there is proof that change is happening. Female drivers don’t just win, they build momentum. Every finish puts their name in reels, their helmet in headlines, and their sponsors into the spotlight.
Why should you sponsor me?
BRAND VISIBILITY
Sponsor logos can be placed on Kaylee’s race car, including the side pods, nose and engine cover, areas that receive consistent visibility in trackside photography, video coverage, and race broadcasts. Her race suit also offers strong brand placement opportunities on the chest, sleeves, and back—frequently captured during interviews, podiums, and fan interaction moments. Helmet placement is available as well. As one of the most personal and visible parts of a driver’s gear, it often appears in close-up shots, on-grid footage, and highlight content. In addition to physical placement, sponsors receive brand exposure through digital promotions, official team media, and Kaylee’s social platforms, extending visibility far beyond the racetrack.
BRAND AWARENESS
In motorsport, it is especially common for fans and followers to form bonds to the drivers they support. It could be because of their ethnicity, beliefs, or who they are as a person. When drivers gain sponsors, their fans have a reputation of supporting the sponsor in a way to support their driver. Many people switch their lifestyle choices to match the sponsor of their favorite driver. Being a female driver already attracts a large portion of the female motorsport fans by default, and relating to them attracts even more. Because Kaylee is so authentic on social media and in person, people will gravitate towards her and her sponsors.

Why should you sponsor me?
MONEY IS ESSENTIAL
Funding is essential in motorsports. It enables Kaylee to stay on track, accelerate her development, and compete at a higher level. Seat time, testing, engineering support, travel, and logistics all come at a cost and they directly impact performance. In a sport where preparation and precision determine results, having the proper resources is critical. Talent opens the door, but funding keeps it open. With the right support, Kaylee not only improves her results, but also expands content, visibility, and sponsor reach. A well-funded program benefits everyone involved.
WHAT PARTNERSHIP UNLOCKS
Sponsorship provides more than just financial backing, it creates momentum. When a partner steps in, it sends a message of belief and credibility that opens doors within the sport. It allows Kaylee to focus fully on performance rather than limitations. Consistent support also brings stability across a season, enabling smarter planning, higher-level coaching, and better preparation for every race. With the right partners behind her, Kaylee can take bigger steps, compete at a higher level, and pursue long-term growth without compromise.
