About Katy and Untold Morsels Katy Clarke is an avid traveller and writer with a passion for food and culture. As a business consultant and former marketing executive, Katy knows how to put your brand or destination in the spotlight and create loyal fans. After 15+ years of experience in the corporate world, she launched Untold Morsels in 2015 to help people plan their food and culture focused trips, both in their home country and abroad.
