The Next Office revolves around creating a cohesive space that blends functionality with inspiration. Drawing from the rich history of music, The design will feature bold and vibrant colors that energizes and captivate the space.
This space aims to cultivate collaboration and ignite new ideas, creating an atmosphere where clients and office staff can easily connect and work together. By integrating musical elements and a thoughtfully designed atmosphere, the office will not only serve as a workspace but also as an experience that inspires creativity and connection for everyone who enters.
NEXT Advertising Agency, Founded in 2010, is a dynamic marketing firm known for creating impactful campaigns across various industries. Headquartered in New York City, and they will be creating a new office in Chicago.
The Chicago office will be working with four prominent global brands: L’Oreal, Martini Rosso, Block tap shoes, and Ever.
NEXT Mission is to create a cohesive image for these companies. This approach enhances recognition, builds trust with customers, and strengthens the overall market presence of each brand. By aligning their visual identity and communication strategies, NEXT ensures these companies stand out in competitive industries and foster lasting connections with that audiences.

Desk Design
The desk design was developed to embody creativity and seamless collaboration.
The Engraved “N” crafted from steel and the main base made in frosted glass, serves as a bold representation of the agency’s brand identity.
The lighting Feature on the wall showcases sound waves by visually representing the rhythm and duration of a music beat. The lights visually capture the essence of the music’s pulse. As you move through the space, the lights shift and activate in response to your motion, gradually lighting up along your path, adding a layer of interactivity to the experience.

My Strategy
A music therapy room was chosen as a wild card space due to the significant benefits music offers in reducing stress and enhancing emotional well-being.
Research has shown that music can stimulate the release of dopamine,which helps alleviate anxiety and improve mood
Additionally, engaging with music has been found to lower cortisol levels, the stress hormone, fostering relaxation and calm.
By incorporating a music therapy room, individuals are provided a space to decompress, release tension, and enhance focus, ultimately providing mental health.
Music serves as a powerful, non-invasive tool for emotional regulation, making it an effective resource for promoting overall wellbeing in the workplace.
This design element adds a touch of creativity and space, drawing a subtle connection and the environment. Paired with lighting overall ambiance, casting a warm compliments the piano key pattern in the Cafe.

The bold red stairs, leading from the 6th to the 7th floor, guide you to a creative wall featuring L’Oreal vibrant lips. This striking design adds an expressive touch, symbolizing conversation and connection—key themes in marketing. The wall aligns with the agency’s branding, reinforcing its focus on communication and creativity in the marketing world.
This department features an ergonomic setup that promotes productivity and well-being by giving the individuals the freedom to adjust their workspace. The desks are arranged in a way that encourages easy collaboration; employees can simply turn around and engage with their neighbors enhancing ideas and working together on projects.

The open collaboration space, just located steps away from each department, is designed to encourage spontaneous interaction and teamwork. The space offers a vibrant yet focused environment, making it an ideal spot.
The departments are separated by vibrant, bright colors, creating a lively and dynamic environment. Each area has its own distinct hue, adding personality while maintaining a cohesive flow. This colorful design promotes a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, making it a great place to work—where creativity thrives and employees feel energized and comfortable.
