QUARTERLY REPORT
Message from Gian
As we begin 2023 with a clear focus on what our goals are, I want to take a moment to reflect on what was accomplished this past year, and why I am so optimistic about the direction our firm is heading. The success we achieved this past year would not have been made possible without the hard work and commitment each of you have given KBKG, and I cannot thank you enough for that. I also want to personally congratulate those who earned promotions. They are all more than deserving of their recognition, and I couldn’t be more excited to see how they continue to make an impact in their new roles. Through our new mission, we will deliver valuable solutions to CPAs and business. Our redefined vision to be the leader in our industry by cultivating the best talent, understanding our clients needs, and exceeding their expectations will allow us to embody a culture of innovation, community, and passion. Using these two things as our guidelines, I truly believe the best our firm has to offer is yet to come!

VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE COMMITTEE UPDATES CONT.
CHICAGO
January 10th: The KBKG Chicago office took a break from busy season to spend a morning volunteering with the Pilsen Food Pantry. We prepped produce and diapers into smaller bundles in preparation for pantry orders. Once the pantry opened, we filled pick up orders and delivered them to folks who were patiently waiting outside. We boxed delivery orders, packed a pallet full of clothing, boots, baby supplies, and hair & bath products for 20-25 refuges and inventoried bicycle parts. For many of us, this was our first volunteer experience and it felt good knowing we could make a difference by helping others as an individual and as a group. We plan to go back to the Pilsen Food Pantry as well as participate in other volunteer opportunities in the coming year.
PASADENA

If you were unable to attend, feel free to watch a recap of the events here: \\kbkgfs01\share_folders\ Ceasar.Arellano\NAMI\NAMI Event Recap Video\ NAMI VIDEO 720p.mp4
Mental illness is an issue that can impact us at every level of our lives and there are a wide range of conditions that affect mood, thinking, and behavior. We are proud to have organized this unique opportunity to involve our colleagues in the sharing of information and to highlight the awareness that is very important for our personal empowerment and to invite a more compassionate and proactive response from our colleagues and broader relationships.
