Fitness Classes

Circuit Training
This class will focus on total body conditioning using both strength training and cardiovascular exercise. Push your limits and reach your fitness goals!
Barre Fitness
Barre is a great mix of strength and cardio. It is a dance based class with strength elements added for an ultimate conditioning effect.
Gym Yoga
This yoga class is a great way to improve flexibility, mobility, and balance while reducing stress and building mindfulness.

Registration closes 48 hours before first day of class. Our Fitness Instructor Training (F.I.T.) program is designed to prepare the fitness enthusiast to lead safe and effective group exercise classes. This course is being offered fully virtual. During this process participants will be evaluated on skills in several different areas. At the end of the training process participants will have the opportunity to audition to be an instructor with Recreational Services.
