CLINIC DATES February 1-April 21 No clinics: March 15-17 One clinic registration is good for the specific day and time that is listed on the schedule. If a clinic is offered more than once per week, a separate, additional registration is required. Price listed per clinic is for the entire semester of classes, not cost per week. Clinics that have not met the minimum enrollment requirements as of January 31 will be canceled and refunds or transfers will be issued. Clinics with zero attendance for 3 consecutive weeks will be canceled and refunds will not be issued.

TRY INSTRUCTIONAL CLINICS SRC Fitness Studios January 25-27 Do you want to sign up for an instructional clinic but you’re not sure which one? Come try it out to see what fits best for you during the free trial period! All clinics will meet at their regularly scheduled time. The “Try” period is FREE but registration is required. All participants must be paid and registered by January 31 to participate after the trial period.

Belly Dance Wed. 5:15-6 p.m. Studio B

Belly Dance is comprised of the traditional dances of North Africa and the Middle East. Known for its graceful hip drops, rolls, and pivots, this dance form utilizes muscle groups in the abdomen, pelvis, trunk, spine, and neck, working with the body instead of against it. Belly dancing is based on movements that come naturally to the body.

MIND/BODY

Yoga for Stress Relief Tues. 12-12:45 p.m. Studio B

A gentle yoga session focused on breath work, poses, and visualizations to promote stress relief and relaxation.

WORKSHOP

Roll and Release: Foam February 5 12:30-1:20 p.m. Aerobics/Dance Studio Rolling Techniques FREE

This one-day workshop will cover the basic techniques of foam rolling. Learn the trigger-point technique of systematic self-massage. Use it for your warm up, your cool down, or as a tool during your recovery days. We will meet in person. Space is limited. Registration is required.

Instructor Training (F.I.T.) program is designed to prepare the fitness enthusiast to lead safe and effective group exercise classes. During this process participants will be evaluated on skills in several different areas. At the end of the training process participants will have the opportunity to audition to be an instructor with
