2.Maintenance This product should be maintained by certain appointed agents. Users are prohibited to disassemble or maintain the product by themselves.

If the product will be left unused for a long time, please curl up the wires and place the product in a dry and clean environment.

3.Malfunction Solutions It is natural for the motor or the movement of the product to produce sounds while in usage.

If the controller does not work normally, please check the plug and socket to see if they are properly connected. Also, please make sure the switch is turned on.

If the rated working time is over, the product will automatically activate the poweroff button. If the product works continuously for a long time, the temperature will make the product automatically power off. The product should be used again after half an hour's rest.

Functions and Effectiveness Functions The product is designed with a set of four-wheel driven 3D mechanical massage hands. They move up and down while stretching back and forth with a muted design.

The shoulder part of the product is designed with an automatic detection and micro adjustment function. It automatically detects body curves and massage points so that it can adjust the distance of the mechanical massage hand's movements. The mechanical massage hands move back and forth according to the detected body curve and massage points to make the massage experience more natural.

The product is designed with several automatic massage programs: Automatic, Air Pressure, Waist Twist, Waist Stretch, and other specific massage functions.

The product is set with 3 different memory functions.

Manually select the type of upper body massage with the three massage point options which include fixed point, partial point, and overall point.

There are 6 different massage methods such as shoulder grasping, kneading, tapping, shiatsu, kneading and tapping combination, and 3D. The product has 5 massage speed levels available for your comfort.

The width of the massage hands has 5 levels which can be adjusted to fit your body curves.

The arm air pressure massage function is built with 26 airbags and with 3 intensity levels.

The back air pressure massage function is built with 4 airbags.

The seat air pressure massage function is built with 16 airbags The calf air pressure massage function is built with 38 airbags.

Listen to relaxing music with the MP3 music player which comes with its own set of headphones and a U-Disk which can be customized with your own personal music.

The back heating function uses carbon fiber as an infrared heating source.

The footrest can be extended to suit any user's height.

The mechanical massage hands automatically return to its original position after power shuts off.

The product includes a VFD display screen.

NOTE: This is for reference only. Please take practicality as a standard when using this product.

2. Begin your massage.

There are two ways to begin your massage:A.Press the red power button for a short period of time to turn on the product. The back rest and calf rest will position itself automatically and the detection will begin. B.Press the red power button for a long period of time to turn on the product. The back rest and calf frame will not automatically position itself and the detection will begin.

After turning on the product, it will automatically identify your shoulder position and massage points so please wait until the detection is complete.

The product will produce short beeping sounds when the detection is complete.

Begin to adjust the shoulder position to your liking referring to the diagram shown below. If there are no shoulder adjustments being made within 10 seconds, the product will automatically begin the Automatic massage program.

Choose an automatic massage program or customize the functions to address your specific needs.

Massage memorization Press the A, B, or C memory button any time during your massage. For future use, begin the massage by pressing one of the memory buttons and the product will repeat the stored massage functions.

Air Pressure: Airbags work in the waist, buttock, arm, and calf areas.

Description Waist Twist: Focuses on the waist area. The waist airbags twists the waist side to side while the seat airbags swings the hips.

Swing Hip: Focuses on the hip area. The hip swing mechanism and seat cushion pressure operates together to swing the hip left and right.

Waist Stretch: While the calf airbags work to squeeze and hold down the calf area, the back rest lays all the way down to stretch the waist. The product then returns back to its original position and repeats the same actions.

Massage position can be adjusted during fixed, partial, or overall point modes.

Lower Body: Adjust the strength of the lower body air pressure functions. 3 levels are available for the feet/calf area and 3 levels are available for the back/buttocks area.

Lift Calf Rest: Press and hold this button to slowly lift the calf rest.

Release the button to stop it.

Intensity: Adjust the intensity of the lower body, calf, waist, and back areas. 5 levels are available.

Lower Calf Rest: Press and hold this button to slowly lower the calf rest.

Release the button to stop it.

This function will be enabled automatically during the lower body air pressure massage mode and the calf air pressure massage mode.

Lift Back Rest: Press and hold this button to slowly lift the back rest.

Release the button to stop it.

Lower Back Rest: Press and hold this button to slowly lower the back rest. Release the button to stop it.

Other Manual Functions Description

Display Upward Combo: Press and hold this button to slowly lift the back rest while the calf rest slowly lowers itself at the same time. Release the button to stop it.

Sole Roller: 3 levels are available to adjust the speed.

Heat Therapy: Once it is turned on, it takes 3 minutes or less for the warmness to start on the lower back and leg area.

Downward Combo: Press and hold this button to slowly lower the back rest while the calf rest slowly lifts itself at the same time. Release the button to stop it.

Press the red power button any time during the massage to stop all massage functions immediately. The back rest and foot rest will automatically return to their original positions. If the timer runs out, all massage functions will stop, but the back rest and foot rest will not return to their original positions.

After the timer runs out, the words Memory Set On will blink on the display screen. This is a reminder to store your individual massage functions by pressing A, B, or C. If you choose to skip this step, press the red button to shut the power off. The back rest and foot rest will return to their original positions NOTE: Please wait for the back rest and foot rest to return back to their original positions before attempting to get off of the product.

5. How To Download MP3 Music Turn off the product.

Pull out the U-Disk from the MP3 player.

Insert the U-Disk into a USB port of a PC (Windows XP, Windows 2000, or WindowsNT).

Download your favorite MP3 music into the U-Disk.

Properly eject the USB Mass Storage Device on your PC after download is complete.

Pull out the U-Disk from the PC. Insert U-Disk to the USB port of the MP3 player.

Now that the MP3 music has been reformatted, you may turn the product back on.

NOTE: If the MP3 music does not play, please format the U-Disk on the PC first before downloading music. Then follow the instructions to insert the U-Disk back into the USB port of the MP3 player.

Only remove the U-Disk from the MP3 player. Do not remove or loosen the MP3 player from the product.

Check if the inner supporting gears are positioned well onto the seat frame (Figure 1).

Pull the zipper down on the lower edge of the arm rest.

Open the large and small cover located outside of the arm rest (Figure 2).

Lift the arm rest, pull the air pipe and the valve from the seat frame, and cross them through the hole on the arm rest (Figure 3).

Insert the upper and lower fixing covers into the supporting gear holes on the arm rest (Figure 4).

Push the end of the arm rest into the revolving shaft (Figure 5).

Method of Usage Gently hold the arm rest. Put in the cage ring, the big washer and then the locknut, and tighten the bolt using a wrench (Figure 6).

Thread the socket head cap screw into the upper tightening cap (Figure 7). Then use the provided wrench to screw in the upper supporting gear.

Connect the air pipe and the valve connector onto the iron plate of the arm rest (Figure 8).

Check if the arm rest is positioned well, making sure nothing is loose. Close the large and small cover back onto the outside of the arm rest (Figure 8).

Close the zipper of the lower arm rest and installation is complete.

Method of Usage Be careful not to put weight on the two arm rests in order to support the body (Figure 10).

Be careful not to put weight on the upper arm airbag support board (Figure 11).

7. Controller Frame Installation Controller Tray Screw Frame

Controller Frame Assembly

To begin installation, first remove the fixed screws on the controller tray (Figure 1).

Insert the ball joint of the frame to the spherical part of the controller tray (Figure 2).

Method of Usage Screw the nails into the hole and tighten it (Figure 3).

Prepare the cylinder fixed pipe (Figure 4).

Insert the cylinder fixed pipe into the hole located on the right arm rest. Make sure that the holes on the fixed pipe are aligned with the holes on the arm rest (Figure 5).

Screw 3 nails into the holes and tighten them (Figure 6).

Prepare the controller frame assembly (Figure 7).

Insert the controller frame assembly into the cylinder fixed pipe. Make sure that the holes are aligned (Figure 8).

Method of Usage Prepare 2 nails and insert them into the 2 holes (Figure 9).

Tightly screw the 2 nails, and installation is complete (Figure 10).

8. Controller Installation and Usage Insert the frame into the fixed pipe (Figure 1). The frame can now turn freely from left to right (Figure 2). The frame can also swing horizontally (Figure 3).

9.Floor Protection Placing the heavy massage chair onto of wood floor for a long period of time may cause damage to the floor. Please make sure to place a carpet or any other soft flooring in between to avoid this damage.

CAUTION: To avoid damage to the product, it is recommended not to move the product with its wheels on wood floor or on other types of hard floors. Also, do not move the product in narrow spaces. Two people are required to lift the product.

Material Introduction: PVC, PA, steel parts, electric parts, and electron parts.

10.Moving the Product Make sure that all of the wires are far above the ground. Tilt the back rest backwards with the weight resting on the wheels. Push the chair forward or backwards to your desired location. Slowly and gently place the chair to its normal position to avoid damage.
