Introducton

This package contains pricing informaton on the overall Furniture Package, as well as a pricing breakdown for the categories within the package. The Furniture Package includes the following categories:

• Furniture Items – for all rooms including lamps, pillows, and area rug

• Linens – for bedrooms, bathrooms, as well as kitchen and pool towels

• Dishware and Small Appliances – includes dinnerware, kitchen ware, and small household appliances

• Artwork – for living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms

• Entertainment – sound and television systems for living room and bedrooms, as well as, Spectrum furnished cable box, router, and laminate WIFI access instructons

• Matresses – details are stll in development and estmated pricing provided

The pricing tables include links to the individual item’s picture, shop drawing, and/or specifcatons. A handful of items are stll being fnalized and do not have links to more pictures or informaton. More details on these items are coming within the following weeks. Some of the furniture items are missing the fabric cover and revised pictures with fabric are forthcoming (the fabrics are not white).

Pricing data includes professional installaton for the items. For the payment plan, a 75% deposit is required for the order to be placed. The 25% balance will be due once all items have arrived on island and are scheduled for installaton. There is a 6-month lead tme from when deposit is paid on the package to when the items will arrive on Kauai. Please order the item packages 7 months prior to the antcipated move in date.

Please note that due to supply chain issues, products lifecycles, and discontnuaton, the specifed models could change over the length of the project. Items that are no longer available will be replaced with an item of similar model and esthetc looks to help ensure contnuity within the looks of the units.
