"Tails & Tales" is a sampler collection of short stories by artist/writer Katherine Dunn of Apifera Farm. The animal characters of her stories are real, as are the stories-narrated by Mrs. Dunn as she converses with Earnest the pig the writer, Pickles and Puddles the two trouble maker goats, Hannah, always crying but for good reason, llamas and a sensitive donkey poet. Apifera Farm is an animal sanctuary, non profit, on the coast of Maine. The farm adopts elder/special needs animals but also shares them with elder people.on regular visits be it with the llama, turkey or goat.
