I’m Kate Whyley, a British, maverick, non-conformist print designer I live by the sea and revel in spontaneous fun - reflected in patterns with enthusiasm

My designs have a unique and natural unrestrained feel, a stamp of character for every person who wears them Sentiments of fun and picnic spring out in some and in others strong blocks of overlaying colour combine to draw attention, enabling people to show hidden facets of their character

I love print design, being with my family and meeting new people I appreciate listening to their adventuresit’s exciting to explore the ‘character’ of colour and see who connects with which designs, talking about their character and personality, helping show a bit of their true self through my designs.

Theheadbands

Each one is constructed by hand in my Studio in Hampshire, UK with a super flexible lined inner ensuring that they are easy to wear all day without headband headaches and assure ultimate comfort for the wearer.

My unique print designs aim to show expression of character and connect to the wearer through time rather than seasons. Busy mums love to accessorise quickly and people taking a slower pace of life love the unique quirky style.

The classic knotted feature and option to wear with the fabric wide for statement or tucked under for a slimline look makes this accessory incredibly versatile.

My handmade satin crepe scarves are versatile and unique. Inspired by my Grandmas’ touch of class and the beginning of my design story.

These scarves elevate a look, drape them around the neck for a touch of sophistication and create a chic, distinctive style using one as a belt on trousers and jeans or tying them around your bag or hat.
