Linda Carter is the Principal of Resource Management Associates, a firm that is dedicated to a single mission – assisting clients in achieving excellence and their full potential through leading edge concepts of leadership and personal development programs. Linda is committed to helping leaders who are focused on success and the desire of accomplishing positive and productive results in themselves and their employees. She specializes in helping leaders understand why people act, think and speak the way they do in the workplace, the impact it has on their organization and assist facilitating the change process they need to get the best results.
With over 30 years professional experience, Linda facilitates, consults, coaches and mentors the development of senior executives, middle managers, supervisors, sales and marketing teams, customer service professionals, human resource specialists as well as conducting facilitator and train the trainer certifications. She also facilitates organizations through the process of developing in-house training departments and programs.
Linda Carter’s clients include a wide range of industries, institutions and non-profit organizations including but not limited to construction, manufacturing, engineering, oil and gas, energy, city government, transportation, medical and educational.
She has published in several national publications and professional industry specific journals in the areas of leadership, employee and personal development. She has written a multitude of customized training modules and programs.
Taylor Messinger is a Quality Coordinator at Harvey Builders. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in manufacturing engineering and has been in the construction industry for 6 years. During this time, she has built over 1.6 million square feet in offices, garages, high-end conference spaces, dining establishments and more.
Taylor’s passion for advancement of women in the industry led her to promote through positions of leadership in the ABC LOGIC committee, serving as committee Chair in 2022. She has been nominated by her peers for recognition, participated on multiple discussion panels, interviewed for a podcast, and held multiple positions of leadership within ABC and AGC.
Currently, Taylor participates in her company’s DE&I and Quality Management Committees, as well as being on the Steering Committee for AGC Women in Construction, where she continues pursuing the elevation of women in the industry. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys sewing and crafting of all variations. You’ll be sure to spot her at upcoming comic-cons wearing her own hand-made costumes!
Becoming a woman-owned business owner of First-Class Safety Supply, LLC was the answered prayer after the shocking, devastating, over whelming and range of many other emotions occurred when she found herself unemployed after 21 years of working and being a part of the family business before deciding to sale to a competitor in September 2023. The initial plan was to continue within the first aid and safety business with the new ownership but that was not in God’s plan.
Born, raised and still residing in Pearland, Texas with her husband and 3 sons she ventured off to the self-created endeavor. As a 1999 graduate at The University of Houston- Clear Lake Campus with and Interdisciplinary Studies BS, Cassandra taught at Pearland ISD for a few years before joining the family business.
Now with many previously built relationships in the industry Cassandra proudly serves her customers with safety related tools, equipment and First Aid CPR training as a Red Cross Instructor.
As the Diversity Program Manager for Austin Commercial, with over 15 years of contract compliance; she manages the inclusion programs for all of the Houston projects. The ultimate goal is to ensure that M/W/S/DBE firms receive a fair opportunity in the procurement process. Another one of her commitments to the industry is to support the Houston’s Mentor Protégé Program.
Currently working towards her Minority Certification Accreditation (MCA) through the American Contract Compliance Association while collaborating with both University of Texas MD Anderson Center and University of Houston on this program to help grow the capacity of the M/W/S/DBE community, strengthen the firm’s infrastructure, and provide technical support to the community.

Cecia is a Project Senior Safety Manager at McCarthy Building Companies, bringing over a decade of expertise in the Construction Safety industry. She currently chairs the Safety Committee for the Construction Career Collaborative, a non-profit organization, and actively participates in the AGC Safety Committee. At home, Cecia is a devoted mother to three boys aged 15, 8, and 6, as well as a proud bonus mom to a 15-year-old daughter. Cecia’s roles both at work and in her personal life underscore her strong commitment to safety, leadership, and community engagement. When not at work or home, she enjoys deadlifting heavy weights.
