With the beginning of your terms in this new Key Club year, there is understandably a lot of confusion on what is expected of officers.

To ease this struggle, I will create a guide each month on a topic I think will benefit your clubs. May’s Guide covered ”Summer Activity for Officers.” This month’s guide is “Planning for the Year.”

The next two months of newsletters will be, “A Guide to Growth” and “How to Reach Top-25 Clubs” .

If you have any suggestions or requests for future monthly guides, fill out this Google Form.

Every guide, newsletter, dcm, and resource I have created is in this Google Folder!

Additionally, if your club is seeking further guidance from me, please send a message to me through 682-248-9125 and I can set up a meeting with you and your officer board. This way you can ask any questions, look for advice, and receive assistance on anything you request.

This Divisional Project, “Key to Success,” is intended to ensure no school, club, or individual is left to feel unprepared for the future through a series of inspiration that prompts professional development and leadership training. “Key to Success” is a purposefully broad proposal that focuses on empowering high school students to not only excel academically but to emerge as assertive and effective leaders in the field of their choice. To act on this, clubs should provide students with the chance to practice their intrapersonal skills, learn from experts, and build on their pre-existing knowledge of the opportunities available to them.
