General part The first part of general statistics is devoted to comparing GIP & GCDP results between 2010 and 2011. As you can see in the following graphs comparing to last year we are much better in terms of GCDP in all raises, matches and realizations. However, the situation on GIP side is not that bright.

In the next part you can see the comparison of the plan and reality in GIP and GCDP as well as how much we contributed to fulfill Q1 plan so far. As you can see, we managed to overachieve plan in raises and almost hit the plan of realizations. However, we still need to work on matching more.

The situation on GCDP side is a bit better. However, taking into consideration that January is the strongest month in terms of realizations, we have to be careful about plan fulfillment in the upcoming two months.

In the following graph, you can find the fulfillment of the plan for term 2011/2012. The percentage of plan fulfillment is: GIP – 32% 32%, GCDP – 38%, 38%, Together (GIP+GCDP) – 35%. 35%. For better picture, in order to hit the goal of 366 realizations by the end of June we need 1,6 realization EVERY DAY.

The third part is devoted to contribution of individual LCs to the results of AIESEC Slovakia in Q4.. As you can see Comenius University was the LC that contributed the most to January results. There are however, 3 LCs that did not bring any results in GIP this month.

In GCDP the contribution is more diverse, except except of LC Bratislava, all LCs brought some results, Comenius University and Nitra being the major contributors.

Outgoing Programs Programs To start with, following table is showing you how the LCs are performing in terms of plan fulfillment. As you can see majority of the LCs did not overcome 25% of their January plan fulfillment. In terms of Skia contribution, Nitra contributed the most in this month. LC

January general performance The following graphs are showing you how the LCs but as well Slovakia performed in OGP in terms of GCDP and GIP. As you can see we planned pretty high numbers for this month, however, we barely achieved 28% 28% of the plan.

Raising: January was not that strong month for raising. However, there are still some LCs that were doing well in raising – Trnava and Comenius University overachieved their plans ☺ Overally we are only 1 raise short in January.
Matching: In this area we didn t perform perform that well. We managed to hit only half of the month goal. We have Trnava as the LC that overachieved the goal, Banská Bystrica that hit the goal and Bratislava that missed only 1 match.
Realization: This area was the worst on performance this month. None of the LCs managed to hit their goals
One of the reasons is also postponing of realization assignment in the
system, system, so be carefull with that and track it properly. Month by month we are deepening the gap in realizations. Do you still believe in your plan? How can YOU contribute to lowering the gap? Let s work on it together ☺

As you can see we did not move much since last report. Just for you to imagine it more easily, if we want to catch up with the results it would mean for us 1,10 of realization PER DAY. DAY It is not impossible, but it is not a small target to hit. How can we help each other to achieve Skia plan? Recognition I would like to recognize LC Trnava for overachieving their raising and matching goals this month ☺

As you can see, LCs which fulfilled their plan are LC BB and LC CU which actually act overcame the plan.. In terms of results of AIESEC Skia, Skia, LCs which mostly mostl contributed to the results were obviously LC CU with 62,5% and LC BB with 25%.

Also in January, LCs were better performing in n GCDP. Together all LCs managed to realize 15 TNs, what is quite nice number but still still missing 3 realizations to fulfill the plan for AIESEC Skia. In terms of GIP, there ere is just one realization done by LC CU. Other LCs either didn’t plan any realization because of GCDP realization peak or didn’t fulfill the plan. plan

Raising: In terms of raising, most of the LCs overcame their plan thanks to raises rai coming for national project AIESEC to Kids. Furthermore, there were also 2 GIP raises done by LC NR and LC CU focused on market research and project management.
Matching: Also in January we didn’t manage to match any of current available GIP forms. There were just 5 GCDP matc atches on national level. The main focus in February has to be definitely matching as there is almost any pipeline for realizations.
Realization: In terms of realizations, all LCs manage to realize together 16 TNs with division of 15 GCDP realizations and 1 GIP realization.

As I mentioned before, February will be about catching the gap of matching from previous period. We have now 12 GCDP TNs available from which 9 TNs are for project AIESEC to Kids and 16 GIP TNs available. To have some more realizations in Q1 and Q2 we have to match them as soon as possible. What is more, February should be also about raising. As you could see in the previous report, LCs made really good job in terms of calling and meetings in Q4 so now it is time to follow up the launched cooperation. In the following table you can see some indicators of performance which were recorded in January. Unfortunately, the data for this month is not completed as some of the LCs didn’t provide necessary information for that. Generally, the performance of LCs dropped mainly because of exam period on all university. Also, most of LCs focused more on NDK selling this month. GIP: LCs managed to go for 7 meetings meetings in January. January The rate between 1st and follow-up meeting is 1,75, 75 it means that to set 1 follow-up GIP meeting, there is need to experience at least 2 first meetings. The rate between meetings and raises is 3,5 (7/2). It means that for 1 raise, we needed to attend in January at least 4 meetings. GCDP: LCs managed to go for 16 meetings. meetings The rate between 1st and follow-up meeting is 1,67 1,67, 67 it means that to set 1 follow-up GCDP meeting, there is need to experience at least 2 first meetings. The rate between meetings and raises is 2 (16/8). It means that for 1 raise, we needed to attend in January at least 2 meetings. You can see that number of initiatives organized for interns is still quite high, 14 initiatives. It is proof that even there was exam period, LCs managed to take care of our lovely interns. GOOD JOB!! I am sure our internships are really quality.
