KASA architects has recently completed the design of a single-story 3,815 square feet dental office building. Energy and resource efficiency features include LED lighting, a high efficiency exterior wall assembly that includes an air barrier and continuous exterior insulation, a new parking lot paved with pervious pavers, an infiltration planter to accommodate storm water runoff, and new trees comprising 40 caliper inches to mitigate the removal of existing trees.
