The Sorority offers lesbian women a chance to cultivate leadership skills, serve the community, and support each other through a growing sisterhood.

Mission: The mission of Kappa Theta Epsilon is to impact the life of each member through sisterhood and organizational programs, enhance the communities we serve through philanthropy, and lead by inspiration and positive example.

Philanthropy: KΘE maintains partnerships with a variety of non-profit organizations within each local chapter's service area. Each biennium, the Sorority selects organizations with whom to concentrate our efforts for the next two years. Please visit the National website for the current biennial awardees.

The Sorority also spearheads Signature Programs that align with our Programmatic vision. Current Programs include: Plum Goes Green, Dress UP with KΘE, and the Kappa Theta Epsilon STEMS Initiative (support for students interested in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).

Membership: Membership in Kappa Theta Epsilon is conferred by invitation only. Women interested in being considered may seek out a Sorority member to express interest, or visit the National website at KappaThetaEpsilon.com to complete an Interest Introduction Form.

Anti-Hazing Policy: Kappa Theta Epsilon is committed to the creation of a positive, affirming sisterhood for all members. The Sorority enforces a zero tolerance policy for hazing.
