About Fitbit: A Fitbit is a device that people can wear around their wrist to measure their daily steps, heart rate, and more. There are several types of Fitbits, with different features and styles.

The first product released was the Fitbit Tracker, which was released in 2009. founded as Healthy Metrics Research, in San Francisco, California on March 26, 2007 by James Park (CEO) and Eric Friedman (CTO).
