Safety regulations
Minimum proof of a valid certification must be submitted at the dive centre to be accepted as a diver
Decompression diving is not allowed
A surface interval of 24 hours is required before flying (this also includes a seaplane)
Valid diving insurance is mandatory for all certified divers
Use complete and well-maintained equipment for diving, it’s the diver’s responsibility to check the equipment before each dive
Use of dive computers is mandatory for all divers, and sharing is not allowed
Minimum tank pressure at the end of each dive – 50 bar
Maldivian law states that the maximum depth limit is 30 meters
Entry-level divers’ maximum depth limit is 20 meters
Each dive requires a safety stop at 5 meters for 3 minutes
Maximum dive time: 60 minutes
Stay well hydrated
Lost diver procedure: Look for 1 minute and surface
Recall signal for boat diving: Banging continuously on the dive ladder by the boat crew, all divers surface within 5 minutes, including a safety stop
Always dive with a buddy, solo diving is not allowed
Slow ascend from each dive (18 meters per minute or slower)
Avoid Yo-Yo diving
Inflate the surface balloon at the end of each dive
Do not touch or collect any marine life
Leave nothing but only bubbles behind
Daily dive sites will be chosen based on weather conditions and the experience of the divers

All dive and water sports activities and excursions are subject to a 10% service charge, and 16% Goods and Services Tax(GST). Retail items are subject to 16% GST only
All rates are in USD, and activities are quoted per person per hour unless otherwise stated
All dive courses are for a minimum of two persons; however, private lessons are available on request for an additional fee For scheduled excursions, such as night fishing, we typically require a minimum of four persons
Private charters on all of our vessels can be arranged with a guide and are subject to availability
Please remember, all participants in all activities or excursions do so at their own risk, and all water sports activities are subject to weather conditions
We reserve the right to suspend any given activity or excursion at any time
Lost or damaged equipment will be charged at replacement cost rates All participants in all water-based activities are required to complete our liability release and must wear a life vest (except for Scuba Diving)
Proof of sailing license and/or competency assessment (at a small fee) is required for use of windsurfing, kiting and sailing equipment unless under instruction
We understand that your plans may change We request that you let us know at least by 18:00 the day before the scheduled activity
We reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made after 18:00 for the next day's excursions and 100% for last-minute cancellations or no-shows
