Motivation letter Being deeply impressed by the IFMSA structure and its well-coordinated advocacy efforts rooted in the “Think Global, Act Local” Concept, inspired by the Global Health Issues Advocacy; experienced in Public Health Issues particularly, besides the SRHR & Human Rights and Peace, With a strong background in Activity Management and External Affairs, gained significant empowerment through my involvement in the CB Journey, and an obsessed with the Organizational Culture and Strategic Planning! This is how I can relate to IFMSA's values and identify Kamal in terms of IFMSA, and I have always felt genuinely included, loved, welcomed, and supported within the federation.

Reflecting back nearly three years ago during the MMSA October ‘20 Recruitment Campaign, I had encountered the SDGs and Global Health Issues for the first time; which was an unfamiliar theme to me by then. Why PH Issues Advocacy? Weeks later, I discovered why I am interested in advocating for Public Health Issues; during the first-ever in-person awareness campaign on campus to participate in “The AMR Campaign ‘20”; the satisfaction I felt that day as I learned, connected with people, and shared knowledge, solidified my commitment to advocating for public health issues. It motivated me to learn more and advocate more effectively, shaping my current vision. Months later, I found myself working on developing Global Health Agenda Resources as part of the SCOPHub. The most motivating milestone in the 20/21 term was witnessing my first-ever NGA; the IFMSA-Egypt End-term NGA 20/21; which included the TO elections, and glimpsing such a moment has been such a tremendous motivation, telling myself “One a day!”. Since then, I have been fully aware that I am capable of making a difference; all I need is to figure out my purpose, enjoy my journey, assist others, and continuously learn!

Throughout my relatively short yet fruitful journey within the IFMSA community, I have had the opportunity to engage at the different levels with different leadership roles, CB, teamwork, etc. This journey has encompassed all the interest areas mentioned in the first paragraph. Nevertheless, what stands out in my mind is my particular response during one of the interviews, where I expressed my unwavering confidence in my ability to serve the federation as an NPO. Such confidence is a result of the journey of witnessing the Federation’s SCOPH CB & Development efforts on the 20/21 term; I can still remember the SCOPH Impact Report presented in the End-term NGA, explaining how things went and so on. I was fortunate to observe this moment and, most importantly, to have Hamdy as a mentor and a dear friend above all else!

Additionally, On my watch as an LPO 21/22, I actively contributed to the establishment and growth of the association's SCOPH. Serving as the CBSDD CB DA 22/23 guaranteed me to closely watch the CB & Development of all interest areas; enriching my understanding of various interest areas. Furthermore, I have always been committed to my beloved SCOPH, for facilitating the First-ever TPHT hosted by the EMR during the Pre-WC, the NCDs TOT, and representing it as part of the EMR19 SCOPH Sessions Team.

Motivation letter Joining medical school during the COVID-19 pandemic has been a turning point for me. It made me realize the global impact of the pandemic and the devastating consequences in terms of mortality. I also became aware of other global health issues, like the SDH. Experiencing the effects of lockdown on mental health during my first year of college further emphasized the importance of these issues.

Witnessing the broader consequences of the pandemic, as its impact on education, financial stability, and healthcare access, motivated me to focus on SCOPH. Engaging in SCOPH events and participating in activities organized by other SCs deepened my knowledge and passion for advocating for public health issues. I have seen the profound impact of individuals in creating positive change.

Consequently, throughout my candidature, you will notice my commitment to utilizing the CB and development initiatives internally, alongside developing essential leadership skills within the Organizational Culture; including focusing on areas as Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), as well as introducing other essential necessary skills. In terms of External Affairs & Advocacy, you will find that I am stressing about promoting awareness and understanding of public health issues advocacy basics, including skills such as policy-drafting, advocacy, & lobbying; through which I seek to enable others to effectively influence relevant stakeholders towards improving global health outcomes.

Thus, I believe I can contribute to nurturing a new generation of public health advocates and youth who will meaningfully shape the future of our beloved nation's health. As global health advocates of today and tomorrow and as future medical practitioners, we can collectively make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of our society, living by the MMSA slogan "Living to Influence, Inspire, & Change!"

Dear IFMSA-Egypt Family, Here is Kamal El-Qalamawy, an IFMSA Trainer, TPHT Trainer, & Public Health Leader, National BGH, AMR, & NCDs Trainer. Currently, I am Serving the federation as the CBSDD CB DA, and MMSA Capacity Building Support Division Director (CBSDD) and acting as LPO & LPSDD for the 22/23 Term.

Moreover, I served as IFMSA-Egypt PLCI Activity Coordinator & MMSA Local Public Health Officer (LPO) for the 21/22 term.

Through this candidature of compiling a 3-year journey of being involved, closely observing & analyzing; I am hereby confidently, yet humbly, running for the IFMSA-Egypt National Public Health Officer Position for the 23/24 Term!

Plan of Action This Plan of Action is based on an observational analysis of the SCOPH Situation in IFMSA-Egypt for the last couple of terms as per my extensive experience as a previous Local Public Health Officer and acting as an LPO for this term, PLCI Activity Coordinator 21/22, besides my CB experience of witnessing the SCOPH CB while serving as an CBSDD CB DA, and contributing to its CB as a trainer/facilitator, besides, being IFMSA TPHT Trainer & Public Health Leader, and IFMSA Trainer, making use of my knowledge and experience in terms of Capacity Building, Activity Management, and Administrative Management, Organizational Skills and Strategic Planning, and reflecting on IFMSA-Egypt C&B, IOGs, and IFMSA-Egypt and IFMSA CB Regulations & IOGs. If elected, I will align my Annual Working Plan (AWP) with the IFMSA-Egypt 21/24 SP & SCOPH 22/25 SP, and the results of the Needs Assessment for the Involved Parties.

IFMSA-Egypt’s Agenda The IFMSA-Egypt SP 21/24 Keeping a close eye on the IFMSA-Egypt SP 21/24; particularly the objectives that the TO is required to contribute to achieving, and; Maintaining a meaningful contribution to propose ideas & collaborate to develop activities based on the Monitoring & Evaluation Framework.

The IFMSA-Egypt SCOPH SP 22/25 Capacitating mainly both the SCOPH NT & LPOs, besides the SCOPH Workforce (Assistants & Coordinators, mainly) on the SCOPH SP 22/25 to unify the efforts towards keeping on track in terms of progress; Ensuring the AWPs of the SCOPH NT 23/24, including the NPO’s, are aligned with the SCOPH SP, through deriving the action points specific to the 23/24 term, and any other overdue ones, from the SCOPH Strategy and integrating them accordingly into the AWPs and Pursued Goals; Maintaining the internal Monitoring and Evaluation Framework to keep an eye on the SCOPH Strategy Progress and the NT’s Contribution, and; Sharing the SCOPH SP Report by the end of the term via the SCOPH Server for transparency.

The IFMSA-Egypt NPs 23/24 Alongside the NP Coordinator, seeking the areas of contributing to the NPs from the PH Issues’ perspective; Ensuring a meaningful contribution to the NPs through the activities, in cooperation with the MH NPC & FACs; Capacitating the LCs (LPOs, Coordinators, Second Lines, etc.) on the NPs during their CMs; Incorporating at least a session per each NGA on one of the NPs, and; Assisting the NTs to develop their AWPs contributing to the NPs; each of them as per their Job Description & possible areas of contributions.

Leadership Organizational Culture Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Aligning with the Organizational Culture Basics; including the EDI Framework throughout my term in office and ensuring all of the relevant parties are encouraged to do the same. This includes but is not limited to Representation in terms of LC & Gender, the No-Harm Approach, etc.

Member-centered & Needs-based Efforts Ensuring all efforts are membercentred and needs-based, through a Comprehensive Analysis of the Baseline & Needs Assessments 23/24 & Evaluation Form 22/23 mainly, besides any previous reports, calls for input, etc.

Communication Feedback

Ensuring Nonviolent Communication during the SCOPH In-person and virtual Events among all of the relevant parties; SCOPH NT, LPOs, and LCs; through introducing its basics before any event as part of the Ground Rules, and; Providing all of the relevant parties with comprehensive feedback, upon request, and ensuring that the SCOPH NT is doing the same.

Introducing the CoC during the SCOPH events, either in-person or virtual, through inviting a member of the CoCC, or taking the responsibility to do so, if inapplicable, and promoting it among the NT.

Leadership The SCOPH NT Essentials Ensuring clear task descriptions for the NT as per the SCs IOGs; Providing clear selection criteria by ensuring that the SCOPH NT is an example EDI among the NTs, and considering any forms of representation, gender, LCs, etc.; Holding team-building activities at the beginning of the term mainly to get to know each other, find out the common ground of interests, etc.

Handover Facilitating a smooth handover process between the SCOPH NTs 22/23 and 23/24, in cooperation with the NPO 22/23, via tracking sheets/checklists for verbal handover, and/or documents for documented handover.

Scheduling 1:1 OLMs with each member of the SCOPH NT after the conclusion of their handover with their respective predecessor, and; Taking the responsibility to provide a handover to any of the NT Members, in case of failure of the leaving NT member to fulfill their handover.

CB & Development, and Follow-up After the 1:1 OLMs conclusion at the beginning of the term, defining the NT’s Strengths and weakness Points, to be taken into consideration for any sort of personal assistance; Compiling their needs, based on the pillars of knowledge, skills, attitude, & motivation, and ensuring they’re submitted to the VP & HR Assistant to consider them while drafting the NTs CM; Developing a shared calendar and availability sheets; Scheduling a monthly SCOPH NT OLM, or as the SCOPH NT agreed upon at the beginning of the term; Promoting a peer-education culture by organizing OSDs with the SCOPH NT for meaningful discussions, sharing experiences, etc.; Reviewing the NT’s monthly report and providing any needed modifications or guidance, and; Holding a quarterly followup/reflection OLM with the SCOPH NT to assess their situations, mainly the AWP progress.

Others Maintaining a Mental-health-friendly working environment by establishing the concept of days off and setting working hours/day with the NT to ensure maximum efficiency with the least stressful level of work, and; Coordinating an introductory OLM to settle on their expectations, ground rules, etc.

Leadership LCs’ Empowerment Essentials Reassessing the current reporting system and ensure a smooth & userfriendly reporting system after the SCOPH Evaluation Form’s analysis; Conducting LC visits as much as possible to keep an eye on the LCs closely, and provide them with the needed support, and; Empowering the upper Egypt LCs by having at least 2 workshops/Training throughout the term hosted by any of them or through a partner.

Local Projects and Activities Coordinators Guiding the MH NPC and SCOPH FACs in the most efficient ways to lead them.

LPOs Providing Handovers/1:1 OLMs, upon request, for the LPOs lacking handover at the beginning of the term in office in cooperation with the SCOPH NT; Guiding them at the beginning of the term to set their plans, alongside the NPO ID & MEA; Developing the contact sheet containing NT members' contact guidelines and communication platforms to ensure effective communication with LPOs, which was set for the 22/23 term, and proved its efficacy; Maintaining a concrete follow-up through the NT-LPOs buddy system using a virtual communication channel they agree upon, and; Scheduling monthly or bi-monthly OLMs.

Capacity-Building & Development Given that I have been inspired by the SCOPHamily for being an enthusiast in Global Health Issues Advocacy, and the “Think Globally, Act Locally!” concept. It is still a fact I will always be indebted to the CB Family; one of the beloved ones who truly empowered, skilled, loved, and inspired the Kamal’s Version drafting this modest candidature.

Throughout my journey into the CB & Development, and observing the other Interest Areas’ CB, besides, observing the SCOPH Situation over the past three terms and holding a full term in office as an LPO, and another as a CB Rep & Acting LPO. I do deeply believe that “CB doesn’t merely support what we do, It is what we do!”

Therefore, I will be working alongside the NPO CB DA on:

Essentials/ Miscellaneous Ensuring that the SCOPH NT is fully aware of the IFMSA-Egypt’s CB IOGs to assist them in coordinating their CB events; Developing tracking sheets for all of the SCOPH CB Events; categorized into international & national ones, and abided by the respective regulations’ deadlines and any relevant data needed to avoid any violations of the IOGs/Regulations, and; Maintaining a concrete Monitoring & Evaluation, and follow-up as per the respective IFMSA CB Regulations/IFMSA-Egypt CB IOGs and SCOPH CB Regulations as well to sustain the quality.

CB Events IFMSA Proposing and Coordinating the IFMSA SCOPH Workshops & Training, at least a training per term (TPHT), during the hosted IFMSA-Egypt’s SRTs to enhance the federation’s PH International Training Force, and; Working on a SCOPH CB promotional campaign, before the SRTs hosted by IFMSA-Egypt; elaborating the different SCOPH International workshops to promote them, and Capacitate members.

IFMSA-Egypt Holding at least a national CB Event, either a workshop or training, for each SCOPH FA & Project – at least one of them is training.

Capacity-Building & Development

PH Training Force

Promoting the IFMSA-Egypt and IFMSA's Trainers’ Pools, to ensure the inclusion of all active SCOPH trainers/facilitators in the TPs; Maintaining the SCOPH TF Telegram Channel created on the 21/22 term for a better follow-up, & sharing experience. Besides, ensuring they are part of the IFMSA-Egypt TP’s Telegram Channel as well; Developing a Framework/Database in terms of Capacity-building (Nonformal Educational (NFE)/soft skills), and Public Health Issues Advocacy to be shared with the PH TF; Holding a series of virtual follow-up OLMs/sessions for each CB event/batch to keep them updated, on track, and in touch with the fellow training force; Sharing with them any Educational Activities/Advanced CB events organized by the CBSDD & their TDA, and proposing such a thing to the CBSDD in case it is not considered; Keeping an eye on their graduation process by sharing with them the requirements for any CB event organized through tracking sheets – and providing any sort of assistance to their respective LPOs, and;

Holding Virtual Discussions with them to share experiences, tips & tricks, etc.

LCs LPOs As per the essentials conducted, including the Analysis of the Baseline & Needs Assessment 23/24, & Evaluation 22/23, Coordinating a comprehensive competency module over 2-3 waves throughout the term, in terms of the Global Health Issues, mainly PH, besides the needed skills in terms of CB/Soft Skills, Activity Management, Fundraising, Publications/PRC, etc. with the Pillars in terms of Skills, Knowledge, Attitude, & Motivation.

Local Teams Coordinating unified competency modules for the Local core teams (assistants), and MH project’s coordinators to ensure that the competencies are passed to the local teams as well, not only limited to the officers.

Capacity-Building & Development

Others

Evaluating the current SCOPH Resources/Documents (Manuals, Toolkits, Guides, etc.) to assess the needs for updating and/or maintaining repair, etc., and; Finalizing the SCOPH Course implemented by the SCOPH NT 20/21, updating it, if needed, and seeking with the VP, PNSDD, & Social Media Assistant to be uploaded to the Federation’s website in the form of a Pilot Course.

Internal Development & Members’ Engagement Internal Development Representation in the Medical Schools Reforming the SCOPH educational activities to synchronize the Medical school terminology, besides, encouraging the LCs Presidents/LPOs to share such opportunities with their college’s non-members.

LCs’ Development & Support Developing a customized development plan as per the LCs’ BNA, and modifying it later after the Half-term Analysis, and; Providing them with assistance throughout the term through the NTLPO Buddy System; which shall be established as per the LCs’ needs (e,g,: the LCs needing development in terms of CB shall be referred to the CB DA, etc.), and; Seeking to format the LPO-LPO Buddy System, as well, to enhance the peereducation culture throughout them.

Representation Capacitating the LPOs on maintaining a solid representation during their CMs; Developing a Tracking Sheet for the LC Representation, or contributing to any, in case it is centralized by the EB; Ensuring all of the relevant PH Opportunities (International, Regional, National, External, etc.) are shared via server & FB Group – followed by elaboration from the relevant official, and; Developing an internal tracking sheet for the shared opportunities to avoid any issues of missing them.

International Representatives Ensuring a follow-up on our international representatives, providing them with the support needed, and collecting their feedback to further translate their international experience on the national level.

Internal Development & Members’ Engagement Members’ Engagement Essentials/CB Utilizing as a reference the “ME Manual” drafted for the 22/23 term, which is part of the CB Tree MWG thanks to the efforts of SCs ID & MEAs and other GMs in collaboration with the CBSD, and; Capacitating the SCOPH Workforce on the ME strategies, during their relevant CMs.

National Events Sending calls for input before each NGA to ensure that the sessions’ Agenda is perfectly drafted to meet the needs and the interests of the sessions’ delegates; Implementing new methodologies, mainly Team-building and Meaningful Engagement Activities, to the NGAs’ sessions (including but not limited to Panel Discussions, Debates, Gamification, etc.); Scheduling LPOs Hour during the NGAs; Developing funny/social initiatives as part of the NEs to get the members personally engaged, and;

National Events (CONT’d) Holding Mega Internal SCOPH Activities during the NGAs, at least during the WC (for example SCOPH Activities Fair to assist the LCs in showcasing their efforts)

‎Social Media Platforms Utilizing the SCOPH Social Media Platforms for proper internal virtual engagement and advocacy to all of the PH Advocates; Working on similar initiatives I have been inspired by and amazed to witness for the 22/23 term by the SCOPH & SCORA NTs mainly, including but not limited to: The Orange World: Developing an orientation campaign to the SCOPH via the FB Group; To keep you Updated: To celebrate our representatives in the different international & external opportunities;

Internal Development & Members’ Engagement Members’ Engagement ‎ ocial Media Platforms S (CONT’d) PH Challenges: Continuously, sharing them via the FB Group to engage all the SCOPHeroes (in adopting healthier habits & advocating for the GH Issues, as an example); Newsletter: Promoting the SCOPH Newsletter via the FB Group; by sharing it, and sharing some highlights of its content to encourage the members to access it; Sharing the NT’s bi-monthly Reports, via the Server and Facebook Group, and; Encouraging the LCs to share their local efforts on the FB Group.

Meaningful Engagement Fostering Meaningful Participation of the SCOPH Workforce in PH Issues Advocacy through various activities SCOPHestival: Sharing various materials, of different visual, audio, & audio-visual content, aligned with Global, mainly Public, Health Issues Advocacy via the Facebook Group, and holding OSD for further discussions, if applicable. Each phase shall be concerned with specific materials according to their types; Books, Films, Documentaries, etc.

SCOPHours: Holding OSDs on particular PH Issues regularly; SCOPH NT Observers: Calling for observers, whenever it is possible, to get the members engaged in the NT’s discussions & updates; SCOPH Cafe: Hosting it, and inviting our representatives in the IT/PC and our respected & experienced members/alumni, to get the members engaged at both national & international levels.

Incorporating an anonymous Evaluation & Feedback form for Members of the NT, and; Publishing the Newsletter twice per term to highlight the LCs’ achievements.

Activities & Impact Essentials Ensuring that all activities are Needsbased, Member-centered, including an applicable Call-to-Action, and aligned with the No-harm approach, besides, applying the EDI basics for any advocacy work. (For example: using the Trigger Warning whenever using any triggering materials, either virtually or in-person); Ensuring, alongside the PSDD, that the MH NPC & FACs’ AWPs are aligned to their respective Proposals, & SCOPH SP 22/25, and; Enrolling all SCOPH national activities and projects in the IFMSA Activities Database.

Impact

Alongside the NPC & FACs, and in cooperation with the VP, PSDD, & SCOPH EAA, Issuing a SCOPH Activities Impact Report to be presented to the partners whenever approached.

Representation Ensuring participation & representation of the SCOPH activities during the different GAs & EMR RM activities fairs, including the IFMSA GAs Activities Fairs, SCOPH Activities Fair, RCA, etc.

SCOPH Activities Map Utilizing the IFMSA-Egypt Activities Enrollment Database & BNA for: Analyzing the geographical distribution activities executed by the LCs as per their relevant Project/Focus Area; Alongside the NPC & FACs, analyzing the geographical areas’ needs in terms of PH Issues to encourage and guide the LCs to work throughout the term, and; Launching the SCOPH Activities Map by the end of the term/activity to highlight their needs-based work & impact.

Capacity-Building Capacitating the SCOPH Members on Activity Management, alongside the PSDD & CBSDD, by hosting the AMOC, once again for this term; Capacitating the LCs on the Activity Management & Advocacy Basics, and; At least a session in one of the NGAs discussing the AM Basics in terms of UN SDGs 2030 and Sustainable Development Strategy (SDS): Egypt Vision 2030.

SCOPH Exchanges The SCOPH Exchange Programs (PHEx, & GAP) have been one of our priorities when it comes to Global Health Issues Advocacy and Education. I was lucky to be working a term ago alongside the MMSA President, Dr. Hamdy Tarek, on Proposing a Global Action Project (GAP) with the MUST Ophthalmology Department, where we have also been working on the PHEx, but it was only allowed for the NTO to do so.

Moreover, for this term, I am currently supervising the GAP incomings for Sep ’23, besides, closely coworking on the whole SCOPE/SCORE Educational Activities.

Essentials Capacity-Building Capacitating the LPOs & their second lines on the PHEx & GAP, and; Seeking the possibility of having conjoint sessions for LPOs and LEOs/LOREs, SCOPE/SCORE & SCOPH virtually, or in-person during the NGAs.

The Ongoing Projects’ Quality Ensuring a continuous follow-up and support for the LCs/institutes hosting any of the Echanges Projects; through providing them with a detailed scientific program and maintaining a regular weekly follow-up; Collecting feedback from the incomings’ students, and; Empowering the Hosting LCs with Educational Activities to promote & enhance their projects in terms of Academic Quality and External Affairs.

Engagement & Promotion Developing a Promotional Campaign using the current season PHEx & GAP incomings and outgoings, as well as the hosting LCs to encourage the other LCs to apply for hosting SCOPH Exchanges Projects.

Development & EA Alongside the SCOPH EAA and the other EA Team, working on Stakeholder Mapping for the potential partners interested in the National Endemics.

Sustainability In reference to the SCOPH SP 22-25, Developing an Internal Operating Guidelines (IOGs) Document for the SCOPH Exchanges alongside the NEOs and NORE, and; Follow-up on the hosting LCs/institutes for submitting the Project’s Report with all available materials.

SCOPH Exchanges The SCOPH Exchange Programs (PHEx, & GAP) have been one of our priorities when it comes to Global Health Issues Advocacy and Education. Public Health Exchange (PHEx) Maintaining an effective & visible representation during the IFMSA GAs for signing the contracts, and; Working and following up closely with the NEO-In on the process of the PHEx.

Global Action Project (GAP) Alongside the NORE, supporting the LCs hosting or willing to do so.

External Affairs & Collaborations External Affairs Essentials & CB Representing the Federation in any external meeting, and actively heading the delegations, if any; Developing a Public Health Issues’ Externals Database/Stakeholders Mapping categorized into their Nature & Status of Relation, besides including all necessary documents (Contact Information & Protocols, MoUs, Publications, concept notes, Reports, etc.) for our active partners and the needed ones to seek them out later based on our needs; Afterwards, maintain working with the Current Ongoing Partners, and seek out new ones; Capacitating the SCOPH members on the PH Issues Policy Making/Drafting by encouraging them to apply for the Policy-Making CB Events, if any, or organizing a CB event alongside the SCOPH EAA, in cooperation with the President, & Policy Assistant, and; Ensuring that the PH EA is tackled during the different SCOPH NEs (NGAs, CMs, etc.).

Policy Documents Alongside the President & Policy Assistant, working on proposing a Policy Document on one of the Public Health Issues that are under-spot by the relevant GOs & NGOs, and translating it into Arabic too, to support Advocacy and Lobbying Efforts.; Ensuring that the adopted Public Health Issues PDs are uploaded to the SCOPH Database; Addressing the PH PDs during the different SCOPH Events of NGAs, CMs, etc., and; Contributing to reviewing the relevant PDs that are expected to expire by the end of 23/24 term, (SDoH PD: Sep '21).

Ensuring active documentation & reporting of all of the held SCOPH activities are abided by a concrete monitoring and evaluation system, besides documentation; through maintaining a Proposal/Concept Note and Activity Report through Unified, yet Flexible, Templates.

The SCOPH NT Work spot Ensuring all activities held for the 23/24 term are regularly uploaded into the Shared Drive Folder for a smooth workflow and handover.

Maintaining the NMO SCOPH active status by meeting all the requirements required; Ensuring enrollment of all of the SCOPH national activities and projects to the IFMSA Activities Database, alongside the PSDD, and; Motivating and assisting the local coordinators to enrol their activities to the IFMSA-Egypt’s activities database, alongside the FACs & MH NPC.

The IFMSA GAs & SCOPH Plenaries

Alongside the NPO GA, Ensure all of the Public SCOPH Databases are part of the IFMSA-Egypt’s Secretary System, Omni-Archive, alongside the SCOPH NT, in cooperation with the SecGen & Secretary Assistant.

The IFMSA-Egypt SCOPHub Resources Center Call for input from the previous and current NT on the needed updates from their points of view, and; Assessing the received input and working accordingly to either allocate the tasks for the relevant NT member in case of minor updates or opening a call for an SWG for the specific section in case of major updates, new topics for example.

Ensuring Meaningful & Active Participation in the decision-making of the federation’s SCOPH during the SCOPH Plenaries of the MM & AM, and any other forms of participation in the EMR.

The IFMSA-Egypt SCOPHub Resources Center Maintaining its long-term sustainability by Incorporating a Maintenance Form into it to be used by the relevant parties to either provide input, report issues to be repaired, etc.

Handover Providing a proper handover to the successor, and facilitating alongside them a smooth complete handover process between the SCOPH NTs 23/24 & 24/25.
