In fact, there are many replacement apps available even for play store namely Aptoide, 1Mobile Market, Mobogenie, etc. User can even download the required application files usually in the form of apks from any website and can install it directly in their smartphone. Though there is a high risk associated by installing applications from unknown or third-party websites it also leaves the decision making authority to the users. Though Google follows the same methodology in the case of paid apps, a developer has to pay only $25 in order to get a developer account on Google Play that too with lifetime validity.
