An innovative AIO monitor with touch function, there is a transparent extension screen located below the main display. This secondary screen displays common information such as time and weather, and also serves as a shortcut panel for frequently used applications. It includes a noti cation feature, allowing users to quickly switch between applications while multitasking.

There were series products for smart home, and I was in charge of environment sensor and emergency button those two product. We took the pebble as image of their appearance and did the mechanical design.
These series products won the Taiwan Excellence Award in 2017.

Power Inverter
2012 Jebsee / Vehicle Electronics Device Design

There are many square looking power inverter on the marcket, and they are lacked of beauty. Therefore, the client hopes that the shape can be smooth.
I took pebble as inspiration when carried out the project, because the conformation process of pebbles is just like the requirement of client. This image was gone on from 75W to 350W, and let power inverter is no longer a nothing new product, but a combination of beauty and function.
Indoor AP
Being the rst commercial speci cation product of Amigo Technology. INC, the stylistic semantics of this model is di erent from products in past. The concept combined liquid uidity with solid sculpture, it is not only both rigidity and exibility but also both dynamic and static.

Mechanical Design /
The company never tested the drop test before this product. So the mechanical design process of this one could not according to experience in past.
It needed to verify during the process of mock-up and mold trial to adjust to shipping standard.
1. Thermal solution : The original venting holes were not enough to dissipate the heat from high standard chip. By added heatsink、thermal pad and graphene sticker between chip and housing could transfer heat from chip to housing that can assist heat dissipation.
2. Hook without rib : There were no rib on original hook, and it broke while drop test.
3. Hook with ribs : It passed drop test after added ribs.
