To support the long term planning for Waikōwhai, Kāinga Ora is considering an adjustment to what can be built in certain parts of the neighbourhood.

MORE WARM, DRY HOMES AND GREAT NEIGHBOURHOODS Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communties is responsible for the Roskill Development, which will deliver 11,000 new state and homes for sale including affordable options to the wider Roskill area over the next 15-20 years. Roskill Development is committed to making the most of the neighbourhoods we all share. We’re working with partners like Auckland Council, Auckland Transport, iwi and mana whenua to enhance things like parks, public space, green space, walking paths, utilities and infrastructure.
