KAIJUU Fibers started in a small kitchen back in 2018 I was introduced to hand dyed yarn when my friend showed me her yarn bought during her holiday I remember being surprised I’d never seen anything like it before Intrigued by the unique design process, that experimental lab practice in the kitchen marked the start of my deep dive into the world of fibre arts
KAIJUU started in a small makeshift unit in a factory where I signed my first lease in 2018 That lasted for 6 months and along the way moved three times, celebrated many ups and downs before settling in my current home studio
Fast forward to 2024, it has been 6 years since my journey began. I have indulged in various fibre arts, had the privilege of meeting incredible fibre artists and crafters who have used my yarn in such creative ways I thought long and hard about how to pen down this journey and realized the best way to honor your creativity is with a lookbook a celebration of all that you’ve made
